Quiet hotel well situated but old-fashioned

The worst hotel I've ever been to!! They put us here on a tour The lousy treatment, the bad food, the hotel rooms to get out running Feas, old, dirty, roads, room temperature at 29°C.

The house of horrors.

Old rooms, but large, comfortable and clean. Good restaurant. WIFI is not working. The reception is friendly. It's quiet. Standard meals (the eternal crude salad and chicken/lemon tajine).

A hotel that leaves much to be desired, clearly old in its decoration and equipment. WiFi only in reception, not in rooms. The same are spacious, but old, with pads and stamped curtains. The cleanliness was fine. The worst was the food service (both breakfast and dinner), completely varied and in poor condition. In this hotel I ate a DINING OF tomatoes, carrots and cabbage with a cream/mayonnaise of a doubtful chain of cold AND ME INTOXIQUE. I ended up decomposing in the bathroom all night without being able to rest because even a DINING was in poor condition. The perfect location, on an avenue that could be easily walked through as it is where the Marquises gather for a moment of relaxation, with a recommended shopping center to visit.

The escort and the bad service.

What I liked most in this hotel was the pancake from the breakfast (and the lady who made and serve them).
As I already mentioned the position is good and (in opposition with Spain) in Morocco  there is food that can be consumed at breakfast and dinner.
The hotel is outdated/old, without Wi-Fi in rooms, with an old TV with unclear image, WC and bidet very close so it is difficult to use any of them, the window of my room can not be close well, etc.
The personal tried to be friendly but for me they looked more aggressive/inadequate than friendly.
Also, people smoke in the hall of the hotel which was unexpected (and bad) for me.

Good position but outdated

Well in the city centre, close to bars and restaurants as well as close to the shopping centre, nice hotel spot. Careful and very private decoration. Nice reception, old elevators. I stayed on the 6th floor in the suite. Spacious room, mini nice room, weird bathroom with intermittent hot water.

Weak for a four-star.

Since we opted for a 4-star hotel convinced that at the end of December it was the best solution compared to the riad, in fact the heating in the room was so noisy that it could not be operated during the night. The whole structure is dated and would need to be refurbished (especially the bathrooms of the rooms). The location is central in the new city but to reach the medina it is necessary the taxi. The wifi only works in the hall and not, as indicated on the internet, throughout the structure. At the reception the fatigued staff spoke English and the warmth we found only among the doorstepmen at the entrance. We were advised to create a local guide for the entrance, agreed the cost and agreed appointment, is presented to the media by creating an extra taxi (sprop) for the day to meet.

Four stars?

The hotel has all you can expect and it is situated in a nice district. The food was basic but good. It is a non alcoholic hotel but there a plenty of small shops nearby. The staff was attentive and helpful, and the rooms were ok
