This small intimate hotel is owned and managed by a sweet family. The setting with is panoramic views of the gorge is spectacular. Breakfast and dinner is prepared by Saida who is the wife in the partnership and a totally fabulous cook. Our stay was perfect. We hired Yadir to guide us on our day trek through the gorge. I highly recommend his services. He was excellent. He is affiliated with the auberge. Just ask and your hosts will arrange a tour. Also affiliated with the hotel, is Mohammed who will assist you in planning camel trips out of Merzouga. He organized a 4 day trek for us that was the experience of a life time. Thanks all for making our trip a perfect, once in a life time, experience!
