Great place, super cozy and with an amazing price for the value. Very centric.

The owners are really kind, the room was small though, but didn't need anything bigger.

Definitely will stay again there if I come back to Asilah.

Located just outside the medina, basic, clean, very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Wifi available free throughout the hotel. Breakfast not available, but restaurant next door very good

Cozy 

Ideal location, good hotel

We were welcomed and shown to our room, a double with ensuite shower and toilet. It was quite dark but looked interesting with traditional Moroccan features.
We enjoyed staying there but we did not sleep because the mattress was so hard and the pillows so old. Its about time for new I think.
The standard of maintenance and cleanliness was very poor. The sink was loose, the towel rail loose, the shower drain smells, the toilet flush was loose, the shower holder was loose, the bed cover was dirty and stained and the bedside tables were dirty. The water in the shower was hot. Sorry but the owners who are very nice need to spend a little money on repairs and replacements. It could easily be a beautiful place to stay as it is perfectly located for the town, the medina and port.

Wonderful location, friendly staff but poorly maintained.

The hotel is well located at the entrance of the medina.  We arrived very late and we did not have the courage to go somewhere else. In addition we woke up the night guard who was very friendly. The price is way too high for a room that stinks sewage. We told the owner and he said he knew about the smell (!). Usually the breakfast is conveniently part of the deal and is included but we had to go outside to a restaurant next door. I suggest to avoid at all cost. The birds enjoy the patio which is alright but it should be cleaned...

Terrible smell

Lonely planet definitely needs to take this place out of its recommendations. The only good thing is the decent location. The smell of horrible coming from the bathroom. Like disgusting. Our whole room was humid and smelled like a sewer. They're only other saving grace is a large tree in the court yard. Bed is hard and lumpy. They don't even serve breakfast. The owner was extremely rude and awkward. I had trouble getting into the wifi because the password written on the wall didn't work. I asked him if he could help and all he did was point at the same password on the wall. I'm so sad we spent any time here at all.. We should have stayed at Riad Asilah.

The worst place we stayed.

Bed was not clean, room was freezing and the chicken oustside cried EVERY MINUTE through the whole night. I coundn't sleep more than an hour. Not even cheap. The location is the only thing good enough.
