Me and my partner went for 2 weeks, we was very skeptical after reading the reviews, but after our own experience here we’ve dismissed everybody’s bad reviews, we had a fantastic holiday and can not wait to return, we really enjoyed the food, rooms are cleaned daily with fresh bedding and towels, the hotel does have air conditioning, all swimming pools are clean, staff are super friendly and helpful, lots of local shops and restaurants, local people are very friendly everyone says hello, beautiful beach a few minutes walk away, we went to croco parc had lots of fun watching the crocodiles being fed (would recommend), now for the animation team they are outstanding at the job they do they bring so much enjoyment to your holiday best entertainment I’ve ever experienced, we would recommend watching the shows they do because each night is fun new entertainment.
