6 minutes by car or bus(bus stops in front of the house) from Kotor. Nice views over the bay, small room but funcional and clean, with AA and TV. Outside you can Park the car for free and there's a nice terrace whre you can have your own breakfast. Owners very friendly. You can have a sunbath and swim from the terrace. We enjoyed the staying in Kotor.
