Fantastic view from the tarrace  make people  happy to book this apartment.
So I did.
Unfortunately felt experience with this apartment was for me a simple tourist trap.

The  owner-Andjelka avoid contact with her clients, does not replay for emails and phone calls  which create big discomfort during your stay.
If any issue occurs such us lack of internet and just cold water in the bathroom you cannot  address   this  problem as afternoon nobody is present  in the whole building and the owner is not available by phone.

The only one person caring about guests is friendly Ana but she  works just in the morning till 4 pm  and cannot make any decision without absent and unavailable owner.

Although apartment was relatively clean, for 2 days( we stayed for 3 days) we have been without hot water and internet connection- owner did not even apologise .

Very basic condition, your are paying in cash without receiving any proof of payment( WHY?)
for 4* apartment whilst you don’t have(for example):
- light on the terrace and in the main room ( just one light bulb working, second does not)- so you cannot realny enjoy the beautiful view of Kotor Bay
- side lamp in the bedroom( just one present)
- toilet paper in the bathroom
- cleaning  items in the kitchen

 You have:
- poor and rusty equipment in the kitchen
- bedroom without air con( very hot in summer- you cannot sleep there!!
 -leaking air con machine on the terrace- floor always with dirty water
- broken ferniture in the bedroom

Difficult to enjoy your stay especially if you pay for 4* apartment.

The tiny private beach ( as you can read about) is actually the public area.

And finally- we have been promised for additional prize a little later check out as our flyight was late afternoon and at very last minute we’ve been informed we had to leave earlier not being offered any locum for our laggage- they said they expected  at the very last minute additional guests( they said they did not know as internet did not work).
So unproffesional!!!

We had to book hotel for additional day to avoid staying on the street( ( I was with 2 children)....)

I must say I travel a lot and never was
 treated in such a  bad way before.
Very, very disappointing.
Don’t  recommend this apartment at all.



Very poor management, plenty of unsolved  basic issues

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and there is a small, clean private beach opposite the apartment which we’ve used every day. The family that run the apartments are really nice and friendly, arranged airport transfers for us, and even gave my partner a cake on his birthday! The facilities are exactly as advertised and we’ve enjoyed breakfasts and lunches admiring the view from our terrace and some excellent meals at the local restaurants. There’s a small provisions shop about 100m along the beach, a well stocked supermarket a pleasant 20 minute walk along the beach, and Kotor old town a 35 min stroll along the beach, or a short and simple bus/ taxi ride. We’d recommend this apartment building to those who want to stay close to Kotor and with some outside space.

Excellent location

I stayed here on my final night, the view on the balcony is fantastic. The balcony is also shared with the room next door with no partition. The free wifi was good. You can walk 30mins to Kotor old town or take a taxi for about 4 Euros. There is kitchen facilties but I didnt do any cooking, I only used the kettle to make coffee.

 A few things needs to be repaired, suchas the cupboard next to the bed, lightbulb on the balcony,  the TV connection, and a shower hose holder is needed. Most of the rooms were spotlessly clean, the exception being the bathroom there were toothpaste splatter around the basin area.

Amazing view

The apartments are fantastic. The owner met us with the keys and was very friendly. The apartment is massive. Very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony is jaw droppingly beautiful. There is a little area of beach across the road from the apartments with sun loungers. 

The restaurant across the road is amazing with tasty fresh fish. There is also a small shop 100 metres up the road. The old town is a 35 min walk which we didn't mind doing as the views en route are great. I highly recommend a boat trip to the blue cave and to Perast. 

What a view! 

Now words to describe the incredible views for the balcony, they are changing as you have the chance to meet and farewell the yachts and cruise ships, even the mountains look different  every half an hour. Perfect place with kids as the private part of the beach is only for those living in the apartments, so very clean ans safe shore. Rooms are very clean, our apartments were perfectly adopted for 4 people. The main house keeper doesn't speak English but her friendliness pays it back. You can do everything in gestures or in written. But usually you don't need anything as she does her job perfect. She even did the washing for us for free.
