Montesa Apartments

We went to explore the south with car, 5 of us and spent 5 nights in Montesa. It seemed to be a property managing company that accommodated us two corners away from the office where we picked up the keys. We had a 3 bedrooms unit with lots of space, double balcony, secured car park. The apartment was in a 8-10 storey, newly built housing unit. New beds, basic but clean furnitures, good location (5min to the beach, 10min walk to shops, 20min walk to the Castle "Stari Grad" by the water). We could feel that the main business comes from the Russian market but many people - espec younger generations - speaks good English. Prob for the very same reason the prices are a bit higher than what we expected (in line with Italy or Spain) but it was still ok. As it was May the water was cold but we didn't get the heat either which is not a bad thing I guess. Personally I would recommend this place for friend and families. Good location either for a beach vacation or for a roundtrip.
