Small aparthotel with an "at home" feel, with great location, next to the "Avala Hotel".
Walking distance to anything of importance in Budva, as beach, restaurants, shops and old town.
Well kept, and equipped apartments, with one separate bedroom, and a combined living/dining room, and a kitchen corner.
Nice personnel.
Clean.
Underground parking.

At Home

My wife and I stayed here in August 2017 and we were very impressed with the villa. It's location is ideal for the beach, supermarket, bus stop, restaurant and bars and it is in a very secluded area. The cleaners did a fantastic job every day and it was so nice to come back to a spotless villa every afternoon with clean towels. The cleaners were also extremely helpful and friendly, and did speak good English. There was a good range of utensils in the kitchen and a large choice of TVs channels including English ones. We were in villa number two which is on the ground floor, so we missed out on having a balcony, but after a day out in the sun you are ready to sit in the shade. All in all we would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of coming to Budva.

Montenegro holiday

This apartment is furnished to a high standard and the rooms are serviced every day to the same high quality.  The staff are friendly and helpful and it is within walking distance of beaches, old town, shopping  area and Mediterranean avenue bus stop.  Its view is now restricted by the shocking imposition of high rise buildings in Budva but you can still see great mountain views if not the sea. Couple of minor points, remember you need to register as a visitor in Budva in the tourist info in the old town, if not speaking Montenegrin the Apia staff will accompany you.  If you plan to use your balcony for sunbathing check with the Apia to make sure the sun is available at the times you prefer.  We were in Room 14, a penthouse suite which had marvellous sun on the balcony all day.

Great quality in great location

I have spent 12 beautiful days in Budva from July 12-24. I was traveling with my teenage daughter and we both were completely delighted with comfort, cleanness, contemporary design of the Apia apartments, room amenities. Above all - location of the Apia is absolutely perfect, but it already highlighted in the previous reviews. What is also important to note - Apia is walking distance (2-3 minutes walk) from most beautiful Budva beaches (Mogren I and II) and also from old Budva city, shops, restaurants. Last day of my stay I forgot my phone at Mogren beach and went home to Belgrade (yes, it happens:-) Mrs. Dragana, owner of the Apia and her staff (always helpful and professional Nina and her sister) organized its return to me.

We loved Apia!

I was there with my friends during seadance festival. Apia, location is perfect. Close to old town, city centre, shopping centre, clubs and restaurants. Good clean apartment with secure parking and a friendly staff. A perfect apartment in the city.
