Very clean hotel. We had double room with huge balcony. 
The situation of the hotel is good and surroundings are peacefull.
Personel was very friendly.
The kitchen in our apartment was a bit worn out but we did not use it. Breakfast was modest.

A little family hotel 10 minutes from centre and beach in Budva
A friendly environment with a super friendly stuff ,all family , and you will feel homely atmosphere
You will get anything that you wish with smile and they will be on your disposal all the time

Little but sweet

The apartments are clear, normal bad, have air condition, but room is quite small, the same for bathroom and balcony. They don t have washing accessories, you should take yours. Quite far from the beach, it takes 30 slowly moving min to go to the Mogren beach. The breakfast is poor, no juces, no fruits. Also the building is places on the hill, it can be hard to go up each time, especially on hot summer and with children. They have private parking but you should book it in advance- places are limited. The stuff is speaking english very bad.

searched the web for "apartments" in Budva,  this was booked for us (2) via an agent...it was a large room with 2 beds, but no kitchen, and could not turn on the heating fan in the night, when the temperature was cooler, probably Ok in summer , not far from "old town" Budva and friendly receptionist didnt understand english. (in a tourist location>?)  new decor and everything clean, but NOT an "apartment" IMO.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 nights at the end of August 2015. As there was no double room available at the time when we had made the reservation, we as a couple booked a triple room and didn't regret it. The room looked exactly as in the picture, spacious, with a balcony overlooking the inner garden, which is also used as an outdoor breakfast area. The room was clean, with a good size bathroom, a small fridge, an outdated a/c and TV set. The location is very good, close to the center of the town, just a 5-minute walk till the local market and supermarket (TQ Plaza) and 7-8 minutes till the main street (Ulica Slovenska Obala), along which are situated nearly all restaurants and small shops and old town, and approx.14-15 minutes till Mogren beach (the most beautiful beach for its landscape in Budva). The hotel is situated a little bit up the hill, so this could be a difficulty for people with disabilities or older couples. Another advantage related to its location is that you can actually sleep well here, it is quiet at night, in contrast to the hotels and villas situated right next to the old town or along Slovenska Obala, which gets very noisy at night, because of the night clubs, small shops and restaurants. With regard to breakfast, it was OK, very basic but you could always find something to eat. If you are a fussy eater, then better book a room without breakfast, which is also possible and you can easily find some nice bread, buns, pastry in local bakery shops which are located nearly at every corner (one is 3 minutes down the hill from the hotel). We never had any problem with the service, the room was cleaned on a daily basis, the staff was very friendly, although I am not sure whether they speak English, we spoke Russian so they understood us easily. One thing which I found a little bit annoying was the Wi-Fi connection which is functioning only at the reception, in the lobby on the ground floor (not in the room). However, as the priority during our stay was to relax and spend as much time outdoors as possible, it wasn't a big problem. To sum up, I would say that it is a nice, small, clean budget hotel which is worth the money we payed. For a country like Montenegro, I would advise booking a villa, a small hotel like this one or an apartment, rather than an ALL-inclusive big hotel and spend your money on tasting the local cuisine, visiting places like Kotor, Herzeg Novi and other small towns that are really amazing. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.
