Plus the villa: + excellent location - close to the sea, bus stop and mega market. + economically - our trip was relatively inexpensive + sea view from the common terrace + clean in rooms and on the villa + kitchen corner and all the cooking accessories.

Budgetary

There is a fan, an air conditioner (it's a heater when you've had a cold night in the mountains), a TV with Russian dishes, we probably didn't have a good time to watch it. In our room in this room, there was almost no room, but I think it would have been a great place to go to the bathroom, but it would have been a nice place to go to the bathroom.

Budget vacation at the villa

We got room 10 on the second floor with a balcony that went right to the sea. So we had breakfast, lunch and dinner right there. Especially since the balcony had everything we needed for this - a chair, a table and an umbrella from the sun. The room was the smallest, but very comfortable. Cleaning and changing the towel every two days. Hot water is always there. There is also a small internet kitchen corner with everything we need. Except for the sharp knives! But the table knives are here, so you can cut the whole thing soft on the street. So it seems like if you stopped at this table for a few minutes, you can also take a quick walk to the beach, but it's better to drive to the beach with a couple of minutes, but you can also drive to the beach with a good amount of water, but it's also better to drive to the beach with 5 guests. But if you're not too far away from the beach, you'll have to go to our coffee shops.

This is a great villa.

This villa we didn't choose, as we were driving through a tour operator on the Fortuna trip, and I was immediately preparing for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. The positive points: The room has everything needed  shower/toilet, hot/cold water, wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, a very comfortable bed and a mini-kitchen.
