Nice, clean apartman type accommodation. The flat we stayed in had a small kitchen and a balcony in addition to the bedroom and a small second bedroom. The staff was helpful and the location was convenient. Their laundry service worked really well too. The only negative aspect of our stay was a strange smell that was present in the apartment.

Nice apartman

Very nice place, upgraded to full apartment no charge. Lovely physician/owner who is happy to help in any way.  Close to beach and park and harbor.  Recommend taxi from train 3 to 6 euros depending on desire to bargain. Nice and inexpensive restaurant one block away. Not close to old section.

Well kept, helpful, beach

This accommodation is well kept and well managed.

We caught a taxi from the train station for 10 Euros, although it was after dark.

The welcome from reception was very warm, including a cold drink. We switched rooms after the first night, due to making two separate bookings. This transition was seamless. Due to a big thunderstorm, we were sadly unable to use the pool.

The restaurant located at the end of the street comes recommended, along with the bakery around the corner!

Very Good Accommodation at Foot of Mountain

A taxi from the bus station cost 5 euro, but when you do not know where you are really going paying 2 euro over the going rate is no hardship.
The young lady at reception on my arrival could not have been more helpful and she was only a seventeen year old student on a working vacation - maturity above her age (and wanted to carry all the luggage)
Likewise the other young lady on later was equally helpful and also prepared breakfast in the morning - went out of her way to cook an omelet for me with coffee and fruit juice (3 euro).
After some of my recent disappointment with accommodation it was a relief to find a clean, neat and tidy room with working internet also.
 At 35 euro a night I think it was good value and would definitely recommend the Monegro.
The reception girls also called for taxis when I required them - another service gratefully acknowledged.

WARM AND HELPFUL STAFF

When we arrived, we received a very warm welcome at the reception. The room was nice and clean (great wallpaper!) and offered enough space for 2 people for 2 nights. The breakfast was excellent and the portions were huge! Wifi worked without any problem in our room.
