This is most likely a 3 star review however the other reviewers have gone over the top on how bed this place is it's nothing special however the room and bedding was clean and price was cheap. And in a good area and near shops I'd recommend this if your on a tight budget has it does the job the staff not speak much English however there helpful so I give a extra star for value and convenience when in Moldova so this is 3 to 4 stars but yes very old fashioned but clean and acceptable and cheap and it's Moldova not Monty Carlo

Very dirty, no wifi working, bathrooms outside of the rooms. I'd stay away from this hotel, even though it's very cheap. It's just not worth the struggle and the area is pretty dangerous, especially at night.

Stay away

The hotel is cheap, at least with discount from booking websites and for the cheapest rooms I got. It is definitely old fashioned, with Soviet time furniture. I enjoyed it for this atmosphere, but most people would not. The beds aren't really beds, more of a large couch, not really comfortable. The restrooms and showers are outside in the corridor, hot water. Possibility of laundry, well done by the employees. Very good location right in the center.
Nothing fancy: it is a cold building, the vast and empty welcoming hall says it all. Worst things of all for me: very bad WIFI connection in my room. I ended up moving the chairs in the corridor to have a better connection.

Old fashioned, cheap, bad Wifi.

It's a worst hotel I have ever seen with smelly kitchen, terrible food, toilets and bathrooms in the hall which are never clean, during one week never clean our room. Staff does not speaks english even reception,  So never go in zarea.

In a couple of days they never came to clean the room, toilet paper only on request. The supposedly free wifi was only working at the reception and not always, no connection in the room! Also, a rather terrible bed, disturbing smell in the corridors, cheap but not worth another visit.
