The food is delicious, we've been waiting a little longer to order, but it's because it's been a holiday and the orders are a lot. For 5 dishes plus a bottle of champagne we left only 45 euros, I recommend. The administrator is a very positive and positive woman, the waitresses speak two languages. Since our orders were being prepared a little longer we were allowed to stay for an hour after the restaurant closed.

It's a great restaurant.

I spent 9 days in this hotel situated in Balti. The design of the rooms is fine and the quality of the furnishing is really good. Not bad the restaurant, you can find almost everything to eat. Should return sooner or later...

Fine design

We spent 5 nights at Hotel Vispas. We had a great stay. The staff were helpful and flexible. We needed extra pillows and a couch bed made for the kids. Done, quickly. We had to leave a night early when our flight changed. No problem. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and gave good recommendations. It was a great experience. Solid breakfast, not special but with enough options. We’d stay there again.

Family Wedding in Balti

The location is good, but I did not like the service. The attitude of the staff could be better, you still have a lot of work to do on customer focus. This is not the place where you want to return. This is my opinion

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Well located, accentuated by its architecture comparing with the rest of the city. They offer high standard services. Cuisine is nice, could be more creative. It offers plenty of halls for business and leisure purposes.

being there for a breif holiday and wedding....i chose this hotel due to a VERY SPACIOUS ROOM!!!
very clean, very nice staff.....
yet the location is nto the best but the taxis are cheap and there is no noise...so....no complaints here...
breakfast A LA CARTE..that was new....for me...lately...yet note that they had a delicious jam....with forrest fruits...
bath amenities are nice....wireless is good 
slightly over priced.......
the furniture is old style but very good....i would go again there...

The Vispas is located near the R14 towards Floresti in the north-east of the city. It is about 1.5 km from the city centre. A new hotel with great, beautifully decorated rooms. Everything is bright, generous and very clean. Here I felt comfortable. In the hotel's own restaurant you can eat well and cheaply. It's a pity that the staff show little enthusiasm and are sometimes uncomfortable (I got a snack and main course served at the same time) or bureaucratic (long procedures at check-in). Maybe the management should think about training here...

A very nice hotel

The hotel is pretty, nicely decorated and fitted, but there is still place to improve and use higher quality fittings. The personnel was nice and helpful. It was very clean on the inside, maybe a little less on the outside. The breakfast, as in other places in Moldova, had little variety. All in all, the quality price report was fair. 
One important comment, the guiding address taken from Booking.com was wrong and we had trouble finding the hotel especially since Ștefan cel Mare street was closed in the area the hotel was located on map (the right location is in the roundabout/ circle, not on the street).

Nice, probably the best location in Balti

I've lived in a few hotels, but after the Vespas opened, it's only in it. And the amenities, and the service, and the food, and so on, everything is very good. Breakfast is not very varied, but it's satisfying enough. Cooking is bad, the dishes are delicious, there's only a coffee machine at the bar, and coffee in the breakfast room is already cooked! The rooms are big, the internet is good everywhere. Through the windows, there's a little noise when people look out, so everything is great.

Best in the Belt

The hotel is new, undoubtedly clean and well-maintained. Among the disadvantages - poor breakfast - proximity of cleaners and, accordingly, smell - not all plumbing works Dignity - convenient location - friendly and trained staff speaking Russian - own car park - daily cleaning of rooms - the quality of bedding, towels, coats and their cleanliness leaves no doubt - not bought and on accessories for the sanatorium, everything is filled up daily
