I went there just for one night before taking a bus trip. The place seems to be run by the same family that a more elevated (and expensive) Zaci across the street. This place is very basic, it does not even have air-conditioning. But I think it is safe enough. I will give them three stars for having no water in the wash basin (I was to lenient to change the room, the shower worked), and for wi-fi only available in the reception area (in 2018!). If you want to have a whole room with the key and amenities (excep a/c!) at the price of a bunk-bed, this place is for you. The location is super-convenient.

better than a bunkbed

I wasn't expecting much since it was  cheap but at least the basics. The positive thing it was the location since it was in downtown, other than that can't think of any. 
Expedia said it offered amenities (soap, shampoo, towels, etc) but it didn't, the arrived and the bathroom had two started toilet paper and the shower was licking all day long! We had no amenities nor towels, we did ask for them but they told us they were washing them (about 5 or 6 pm) and never received them. When I took a shower, everything was ok at first, then the water stopped running for about 5-10mins and there wasn't any hot water either. Then the water started running ok but once we finished, water kept dripping making it uncomfortable to sleep. 
The Wifi wasn't as great as other hotels, we were in room #2 and the signal was horrible, I had to use my data instead. 
At night, the lights in the hallway took a while to turn them off and it bother us a little to sleep since the window in our room didn't have any curtains and there was a hole in the roof by the bathroom area which wasn't even covered. 
In conclusion, the hotels needs a lot of maintenance and better services if they want better reviews and recommendations.

Cheap...

The room is cheap but not clean. When we arrived we had to ask for another room because the sheets were dirty and the door didnt lock. But the worst part of it is that we got robbed. Nothing big but somebody came in the room when we were out and look in our stuff. We were lucky that the person didn't find anything more important! We finally got our money back for our last night but we had to fight for it. Well all this was just a bad experience. We do not recommend this place.

Do not go there!!!

The worst hotel ever!

First of all, the room was super dirty, old-fashioned, had no windows to close/open, holey beadspread, sweaty and dirty sheets, ants on the bed and the bathroom was furred up and mouldy! The room didnt look like it was advertised on booking.com.

Obviously, the price is really low but we stayed in two same-priced hotels in tulum and coba where we were offered much more comfort and most importantly, clean and agreadable rooms!

We literally fled to a hotel across the street where we spent a comfortable night!

The only positive thing to mention is the central location and a nice, colonial-styled entrance - well, if I was able to keep only one person from booking this accommodation, my job is done!



Don't go there - just DONT

When we arrived the guy at the reception told us that our room was already taken. I showed him the reservation, but he didn't care. I talked to the manager then and he couldn't have cared less either. We had to find a new hotel then. Neither of them helped us to find a different hotel
