Ask for a room in the back of the Hotel because the rock joint across the street might keep you awake or go there and enjoy the music. You get what you pay for, a comfortable clean room to take a shower and sleep; at walking distance to everything, including a few metro stations. From this place you can walk to Balderas and try one of the best street food available in CDMX, each block has something that you might like, my favorite Tacos de Cabeza Los Gueros corner of Balderas and Victoria/Morelos. You can walk to Bucareli ave.for breakfast and for artesanal beer in Colonia Roma. As simple as that.
