This is a very well run hotel led by the GM Jorge. When our car broke down, he helped us, and also gave us a perfect itinerary. He’s fluent in English and has a warm disposition! He deserves a pay rise. Rooms are very good and spacious. Food is excellent. Service is exceptional. The pool, bar area and happy hour are a nice touch. Overall staff go beyond their duties to assist. Highly recommended.
