There is no hot water, no TV, and if you go to a reception to ask questions, the arrogant owners will answer that they only provide the accommodation and no TV service.

The worst service ever.

No hot water, no television, bad bathroom service, and no hotel recommendations at all.

It's a hotel where they offer really bad service, no TV service, no hot water you have to go to warn, every room lacks a spotlight (there's very little light at night), it's dirty, they don't do well the sewing and the owners don't offer solutions, they say it's your problem, they don't comply with what they offer.

It was a terrible service.

There are no luxuries, but there is cleanliness, good treatment and affordable prices, a three-day view and a pleasant family stay, and the interior parking is somewhat small, so if you arrive late you'll probably have to leave your car outside.

It's a very cheap good.

We went to a party in Tula and had my doubts about the price of the hotel, but it was very nice to meet it, if you notice the effort and dedication of the owners, clean and with a nice garden.

Very clean and personally pleasant.

A good option to stay, the rooms are clean, the atmosphere inside the property is peaceful thanks to its garden area and its location away from heavy traffic, it is true that it is very basic, one of the mattresses where we stayed was overcrowded on one side, it is a bit difficult to find, they have 3 distinct Wi-Fi signals to cover all its areas, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good price accommodation option.

A very good option.

As a major reference, I stayed a single night in room nine, which fortunately only gets to sleep (12 a.m.). Why lucky? Well, select this adverb, since never as it gets to midnight, the first problem was that the hotel was already closed and the person in charge of the hotel was not even ringing the bell to attend to you, so I had to talk to a relative who was already inside the hotel so that I could open the parking door and get in there. The second aspect was that I never had a TV signal. And third, the cell signal is terrible and if you want to ask for the wifi key at those hours of the night, you can stay with Las Vegas because no one is waiting for you.

For the basics.

We went to Tula over the weekend and ended up with this hotel by chance, as it was a one-night stand, but we thought the cost was worth it for the time that we would just be sleeping and bathing. The hotel is small with spacious rooms that are very rustic but clean. It has no amenities in the bathroom, the bed is very hard with the pillows too small. As for its facilities, it has no pool, if it has a parking space which is small. The area made me feel safe, but every time you arrive be careful because if you have a car you have to go down to open the fence to park your car. The staff is very friendly, support us all the time, I think it is more than this hotel, which makes you feel comfortable staying. In my opinion, I would recommend that you go back to this hotel if you want to stay for a few hours, but if you want to stay in luxurious hotels, it will not be a luxurious hotel.

So what you pay for is what you get.

The hotel does not have any amenities, is not expensive and you get what you paid for, no luxury.  No restaurant, no pool.  You have to leave your room before 11 am.  Have good music during the day.  If you book by internet and get any special offer, they will always apply the regular rate which is fine for only sleep there. Has a small parking space and no valet parking.  The personnel is quite friendly.
