Santosí

The hotel seems to be an older property but very well kept. The rooms were nice and clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I didn’t forget anything but they did offer the essentials in case you did forget something so that was nice.The staff was friendly and helpful with answering questions about the area. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

It was in a great location and the complementary breakfast was amazing.

Amazing place - good choice for its money!

The place has a good design and is so close to the downtown or entertainment venues.

Large room which was cleaned daily. Shower, toilet, and sink were all very nice. Bed was large but a little too firm. Front desk service was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Location is great and the area is extremely walkable.  The outside noise wasn't as bad as some reviews made it seem. The only issue was the door to the room was somewhat translucent which allowed a lot of light into the room in the morning which was odd and not ideal. Other than that, it's a really nice place and I would definitely recommend for people wanting to walk and tour the city.

Super friendly staff. Excellent location. Is loud at night from a rooftop bar across the street, but I am a night person, but that may bother some people.

This is a small hotel and remodeled very nicely. There is no air conditioning but a fan was in the room. A very nice breakfast was included in the rate. Centro was an easy walk as was the parking garage. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The place was quite nice - clean with very friendly staff. The location was good and parking was included as was a nice breakfast. The one major complaint I have is the noise from a bar across the street that started blasting music at 6 or 7 pm. Not great after a long day traveling or out and about visiting the museums of the city.

Nice but club across the way

We all know if we damage the property we will be accountable,I booked a room for my parents and they were told by the receptionist in a rude way that if they broke something up they would pay for it,mom and dad are 68 and 79 I understand if you’re traveling with kids but that was a bit out of line for two seniors citizens,AC unit wasn’t working,everything else was in good condition.

Ok property but no parking garage or parking spot near or next to it l love walk but not field safe because parking garage was 5 blocks away from the hotel and they don’t have a safe spot on front of the door , you have to go the garage and  you have to carry your bags / suitcases 5 blocks away from the hotel or parking garage

Very pleased with our stay.Location was walking distance to attractions. Our room was comfortable and quiet.The staff was extremely friendly and ready to assist.Breakfast was great, cooked to order.Discounted parking at a garage a block away.Very pleased with their eco friendly policy of no plastic.We would definitely stay there again.

Great place stay!

None of the pictures of rooms are what they showed me.They were charging a very high price for a basic room.It was supposedly a presidential suite.I was going to cancel reservation they upgraded room but still not what I was expecting for the price charged.Staff did the best they could for a difficult situation.They should be commended.First problem is rooms are not in same building as where check in is.We were happy with hot breakfast..For the price I prefer to stay at westin/hilton type hotel.

Not what I was expecting!!!!

Overall a good stay;  good size room and bathroom.  Had to ask for a few housekeeping items like towels, toilet paper, etc.  Staff always friendly and accommodating.  We stayed in a small room; would be nice to have place for luggage or some drawer space.  Good location, a few blocks from downtown.  Breakfasts were yummy!

Good service & location

There’s a lot of places that you go to and realize how customer service has died. However, Santosi thrives because of their incredible service! They truly make you feel appreciated and at home. They’ll go above and beyond to assist their guests in whatever they can. My smoky has stayed here for the last two summers, and we have not been disappointed!

Great boutique hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms and a modern, relaxed atmosphere. Staff are extremely supportive and will go the last mile to support you. The made-to-order breakfast is very good. The location is very convenient being 2 blocks away from Aranzazu Plaza in the city center. Would definitely recomnend and would stay again on my next visit to San Luis Potosi!
