It's a place with bad service, its receptionists don't solve anything, they don't offer you even a bottle of water, the rooms are uncomfortable and smell bad, to climb up to the first floor below a staircase where you don't come with a briefcase and they don't charge you, when you ask for your bill they tell you they don't know what to do or when they will have a response.

Nefasto is the name given to Nefasto.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious enough for me (I traveled solo; for a couple of days). Don't assume you'll have a parking spot, the parking is really small (it will be better if you call them once you have your reservation for them to be prepare to accommodate your car).

Great quality/price relation

This hotel does not respect reservations even though at the time of confirmation it specified that it did not know the time of arrival.In addition, it does not close the process with BOOKING.com and receives NO-SHOW emails.At least they should send a message notifying the changes.

No respect for bookings by booking.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that they had a lot of demand and that they did not have rooms available, even though my reservation was confirmed. They did not even have the decency to speak to me earlier to notify me. They simply told me to look for another hotel. While I was complaining, there were three or four more people with the same problem.

They do not respect online reservations.

Enjoyed the neighbourhood, and staff were helpful. I wish we had known about the narrow spiral staircase to our room. It is challenging for someone with mobility issues or anyone with luggage. The room had dingy light and no windows. Bad sewage smells came through the drain. Street noise was absent, thankfully, but I would rather have had some natural light.

Good location.

Excellent hotel for the price. Nice treatment from its workers. Wifi works quite well. The rooftop is very nice for a beer. Clean and tidy rooms. If I go back to SLP, I'll repeat.

Aseado is central.

The hotel is conveniently located, simple but clean and comfortable, ideal for people who only care about resting at night; my only but is that the bathroom has a drainage system. The internet works very well and the beds are comfortable.

Good and economical.

This is a simple, clean, affordable hotel very near, actually in the Centre Historico.

I chose this hotel because I travelled alone and attended an event at the alameda cineteca and the hotel is located very close, also to the hotel's lobby.The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly.Close to the hotel is the Tangamanga market and you can find good food and a very affordable price.

Ideal if you're just thinking about getting to sleep.

I stayed here one night in July, 2015. Here are my thoughts:

Pros:
-Cheaper price
-Wi-Fi worked well in my room
-Clean floor, bathroom, and room
- room had a bed, desk, tv, and a large leather chair
- 2 full size soft and thick towels, but they do leave towel residue 
-All laundered items (bedding and towels) smelled fresh and clean (this could be a problem if you are allergic to fabric softeners and soap perfume)
-small liquid soap and lotion basket provided, and 2 bottles of water.
-Snack machines in lobby
-Extremely quiet day and night. 
-Additional door separates the reception lobby from the hotel lobby/rooms, which almost eliminated the noise and conversations of people checking in/out.
-Also, the rooms are all on the 2nd floor and clustered into groups of 3 or 4. When the hotel is not full, only one room in each cluster is occupied, so guests do not hear ANY neighbor activity. 
-Hot shower water and good pressure in the rainfall shower head. 
-effective darkening curtains
- I found all desk staff friendly. One man, in particular, Lalo, was very helpful providing restaurant recommendations, directions, and sites to see in the city. We conversed in both Spanish and English, as he speaks very good English.  
-24 hr front desk,  check-out 1pm
-Entire property is non-smoking. 
- I think the location is good. It's very close to the city center and plazas...maybe...5 -7 minutes.  
-The manager and his wife reside on the property should you have any problems. 

Cons:
-Room temp was ok in July. There was a ceiling fan in the room, but no A/C or windows to the outside. One small screened window above the door opened to the lobby.  The room was a little stuffy.
- Rooms are on the 2nd floor, and are accessed by small, circular staircases. If you've brought suitcases larger than carry-on size, it could be a problem...though the front desk staff will carry it for you. 
-Lack of electrical outlets. I found only two - one in the bathroom, and one in the room and had to unplug the tv to use it.  
-When I first entered, an overpowering chemical smell (cleaning agents, I presume) was present. I had to open the tiny window and the door to air it for a while. 

In sum, I think it's a good deal for a basic hotel. I only stayed one night, as a quick stop-over between Guanajuato and Tamasopo, but I'd stay there again.
