The Flamboyan hotel is a unique hotel with a special artsy vibe, located at the heart of the art center of San Jose del Cabo, everything is walkable and safe. The rooftop terrace and infinity pool are amazing. The personnel is always helpful and pleasant. I will definitely come back.

Very nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly

The restaurant was closed on Mondays and the day we did go to the restaurant it had a limited menu of 3 items.   The restaurant needs a chef with a full menu of Mexican food and some North American food

Great location, walking distance to Art Center with bunch of shops, restaurants, very clean rooms and friendly staff . Rooftop pool was also great .

This property is amazing. Beautiful room  quiet and so comfortable.  All amenities included.

Second time staying at Flamboyan in the last year and I am absolutely blown away with how great the hospitality is and the well kept rooms. Highly recommend this property as it is close to everything you need in San Jose Del Cabo. Walking distance to bars & restaurants. The rooftop pool is such an amazing place to be during the day. Will be back here many more times!

The location was very convenient, right by downtown shopping and dining. The rooftop pool area was nice, the room was clean and modern.

Good property if you like it quiet.Pros:- compact hotel with limited capacity- good staff - helpful- location was good and close to grocery store and other supermarketsCons:- their restaurant closes very early. We came back from the beach and after a long drive around 7:30 pm and the restaurant was not open.- restaurant has an off every Monday (which was a bummer considering its a 4-star property)- their centralized air conditioning does not have a heater. If your room becomes a little chilly (which happens very rarely in Mexico), you’ll have to turn off the air conditioning and wait till the temperature becomes normal.- if you got your own vehicle, you’ll have to par for parking- you’ll be charged for any small thing that goes off the radar (example: our little one accidentally broke a glass and we were charged ~$10 USD for the same).

Rooms were beautiful and rooftop was great! There was a big celebration in town so a bit loud (but no fault of hotel). We were able to watch the music at the feria from the rooftop, Glad they had parking-with the celebration it would have been difficult to find a spot anywhere near the hotel. Really nice staff and loved the different flavored water in the lobby each day.

Wonderful hotel to stay at in San Jose Del Cabo old town. Close enough to walk to great restaurants every evening. The hotel is perfect – spacious well equipped room, lovely rooftop pool, great staff and onsite restaurant, top-notch cleanliness, complementary e-bikes … the list goes on :) Will definitely return! Fantastic!!! No regrets!!!

Beautifully modern exterior with uptown updated fixture with a mix of Mexican charm. This multiple level mid rise will take you away with 360 views from the rooftop pool. It is a great location close to shopping and restaurants galore. We were able to experience the fair while we were there. Just a short walk with live music from Gloria! What a great experience!

This beautiful hotel was more than I imagined it would be! Located in a beautiful and safe environment. Friendly staff and neighbors! I felt absolutely comfortable here and I would rather stay at Flamboyan than a fancy resort. I can’t express how much my family and I enjoyed our stay. Cant wait to go back in December

What a beautiful place to stay near the Art District with all galleries, shops and amazing restaurants just an easy stroll from the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, cheerful and welcoming.  Our room was comfortable, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and terrace with comfy loungers and the views of the city and mountains.

Amazing location right at the square. Everything is walkable. Beautiful rooms and amazing kitchenettes.  Huge shower with rainhead and handheld and even double sinks.  Tons of drawers and hanging space to unpack your suitcases.  Small safe in the closet, table with 2 chairs. Absolutely perfect for a night, a week or even a month. The rooftop pool is fantastic with 360 degree views and tasteful music playing throughout the day.  Would definitely return and recommend.

Fantastic location & rooms with an amazing rooftop

This hotel is pretty new from what I’ve heard. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The location is just off the old town square, so great for being in the heart of things. Beautiful views from the rooftop deck and pool. The only downside about the location is that it’s on a busy main road and a lot of the rooms face the road. Traffic noise didn’t bother me for sleeping (just white noise to me) but if it bothers you, that’s something to keep in mind. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only miss is that apparently hotel guests can get discounts at certain nearby restaurants and businesses but I didn’t learn about that until the night before I left. Overall, I think this was a great choice to be near the Art District and restaurants. As a woman travelling solo I had no concerns about walking around the area day or evening.

Beautiful new hotel. We would stay there again.  Pool area on the roof very nice and a great view.  I told the front desk that the stovetop (estufa) in our room wouldn’t work and a couple of days later I told the girl who cleaned the room that it still didn’t work. She got on her phone right away and told someone but again nothing was fixed.  We stayed there for 8 nights and it would have been nice to cook something for a change.
