A clean and very quiet place recommended for resting, the rooms are very spacious and the small café x the mornings and x the afternoons no shortage, the treatment of the caretaker very kind and waiting for our arrival, would return to host me there.

We didn't get to that hotel because we were going to stay at a friend's house, the whole place is beautiful and it's worth a trip to Chiapas, I just want to inform you to be careful with the restaurant la poblanita since they are scammers, they don't have prices in sight and they don't show you the chart, we ask what the cost was what we wanted to eat, they tell you a price for the food and for the food there you charge and there would be no problem if you explain it, in the end you ask your account and they tell you that much, if you talked to the person in charge, I ask the employee if I explain it to us, the employee says no and still rude and nefariously the employee says they have to pay and they have to pay OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I appreciated staying here for many reasons. The main one is the gracious and hard-working staff of Minerva, Lupita and Cynthia who were incredibly accommodating and sweet. The rooms are spacious and the beds firm. The hot water is actually HOT and doesn't take 5 minutes to get hot. It was a welcome spot to return to due to the tranquil nature of it once inside the gates.
The courtyard is beautiful; filled with lush plants and also a room of antiques. 
I visited half a dozen hotels on foot and this one was by far the most inviting. I will always stay here when I visit San Cristobal as long as the same kind women are running this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of San Cristóbal, so you can visit several places without the need for a car.

A beautiful little hotel like home.

All I can say is that it is the best option for staying in Sancris; super attention from the owners, service, quality, price, location... everything clean, pretty, well preserved, with room maintenance.

My favorite for the past 8 years!!!

I thought it was a very nice hotel, very rustic, very nice rooms, the breakfast offered was very good, the only detail was that at night it was very cold and the rooms were not heated and there were no more cobijas.

The Excelente Hotel is a hotel.

I stay 4 days I like the location as well as the cleaning inside the rooms when entering is pleasant the smell of them, it is located approximately 6 blocks from the center and also near the church of santa domenica, no belt with own parking although they have agreement with a parking near the restriction of the time to enter and exit the parking lot, although most hotels do not have parking.

My wife and I decided to go to San Cristobal de las Casas and we were recommended this Hotel, which exceeded our expectations, simple but very paternal!!!! Ideal for your next vacation.

I stayed with my husband at this hotel for about 4 nights. It was book through another agency so we didnt really knew what to expect until we got to the place. Even though the agency told us it was a 4 star hotel I would consider it more a 3 star hotel. The property is simple overall but it has a very pretty inside garden. The decoration is very colonial and very in tone with the place and the city of San Cristobal. The rooms were very simple but we had a good night sleep and had everything we needed. The bathrooms though lack of privacy when two people are staying because the doors are sliding doors and not a regular door. At least in the room we got. Also the rooms with view to internal patio I think probably are better than ours. The service was very good. We were impressed by the humble and servicial people of San Cristobal. My best experience was with the service we received. People are very charming. As part of the hotel we received breakfast every morning in a little breakfast place owned and run by a very nice gentlemen. The overall experience was good if you are looking for a budget hotel just for sleeping.
