This place was one of the cheaper places we found and turned out also to be a very good deal--it is kept tidy and clean and the staff is very helpful. The plus sides are the location--about a ten to fifteen minute walk from the center but a beautiful walk toward the church on the hill. It's also a safe enough distance from the teeming crowds in the centro so that it's quiet. The down side is that there isn't much room to lounge around except the room itself and though it doesn't get full, if it did, it could get noisy.

Great place and great price

Before we even got here we were decent because the hotel took everything we had to pay + 3% of the bank card fee when we usually don't have a fee. The rooms aren't so small, the bathroom is big. The wifi doesn't work so bad. I never picked it up, my friend. The water is hot, the bed is good. The hotel is a little out of the center. You shouldn't be afraid to walk around dark streets at night to get home. I'm mixed up.

From the moment I arrived, the receptionists treated me very well, they were very kind and attentive, they asked me if I knew where to eat or what activities I had in mind and as a matter of fact I had no idea they gave me many options that I liked because apart from each place they recommended me they gave me discounts only for staying with them, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, I stayed in a room with shared bathroom but the truth is all clean I had no disadvantages with the bathroom everything was very pleasant. the bed was very comfortable, on the day of my game they offered me organic coffee, the missing cookies were nothing more, they asked me for a taxi to take me to the terminal.

The hotel is a bit off-limits: it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the city centre. Or 5 minutes by taxi for 30 pesos (1.5 Euro), a rate that increases slightly at night. It has two stages in places less frequented by tourists.

Excellent value for money

The owner sent request to pay the rooms in advance (10 days before) informing that otherwise the reservation will be cancelled. This is not compliant with the rules described in booking.com for this posada.The  posada is located completely in the shadow. Each room has only a window on the hotel corridor. No a real window.The owner is not friendly and no one speak english.the room was w/o air conditions so it is impossible to have privacy and air inside. The rooms are very noisy. The room was not clean. The price is to high for the quality proposed.

A very comfortable and clean place at a super incredible price! i highly recommend it if you visit san Cristobal de la Casas. the staff is super friendly and attentive. it's a new site like don't see many comments for that reason, but soon will have them.

From the very beginning of our stay in this inn, we found a very efficient and professional team, the room always clean, like the whole inn, everything smells very good, including toilet paper! Very centralised and quiet. They offer an excellent service, undoubtedly a place to spend a few days, and come back!
