Bungalows Real del Sol

My two smalls sons and I stayed there for 4 days in June. Kids loved the pool, we could walk barefoot to the beach. Staff was nice and spoke some english too. Fresh seafood on the beach at reasonable prices and we cooked in our room. Medium sized fridge held what we needed without a problem and there was a small supermarket located in the hotel but luckily they didn't have inflated prices. Thanksfully we didn't need it, but there is a doctor on site 24hrs a day.

Great for Families

We booked a room for 4 people, 4 beds at $25 per person a night. The room was way too small and shabby for the 2 older ladies with us and they decided to go elsewhere.
My wife and I stayed 3 nights to satisfy our deposit and then left for a hotel down the street that was the same price ( $50 for a night for 2 people with two beds). The new hotel was excellent and worth the price.
Robles was shabby ( not dirty mind you): In 3 days no one came to change towels or bedding-- we turned in our own towels to get clean ones. The bedding was thin and had holes in the sheets.
It did not supply water ( as did the new hotel)-- the pool looked ok at best. The AC worked well; the outside noise could be bad at times but did not go long into the night. The lady at the desk was very nice but no one seemed to speak English-- she phoned a young woman who spoke excellent English and worked for the dr that owned the Robles.
I would give the place a 3 if it were priced at $25 per night for 2 people but for $50 for 2 is only worth a 2.

not worth the price

I didn't have cash and the hotel only accepted cash, it was the first time I had an experience so awful, I mean, all hotels accept credit or debit card. I didnt have cash so I must stay to snother hotel.
