I always love staying here when I visit The area. It’s very convenient to everything in downtown Zona. Beach is not that far from walking distance and plenty of stores and taco stands nearby.

Perfect for exploring the area. Only con is that they didnt have extra blankets for the room

Booking through Hotels.com created an issue and I had to pay an additional $50dls to stay. Fortunately, the website refunded me the charge and some for the inconvenience. In addition, I mistakenly forgot to put the total guests staying with me (master suite holds up to 6ppl) and was charged an extra $15dls for each of my other 3 guests. There is no elevator in the building so I was lucky my room was in the first floor.

Check in by Guadalupe was efficient and she was very pleasant to deal with. The hotel is older but very clean. It was New Years Eve so there was a lot of street noise and parties. I was expecting this so came prepared with ear plugs.

The location is excellent! The rooms are basic but you don’t need anymore if you plan to be outside all day!

It was hot.but the have air that great.i rest that what i needed.

Clean rooms,great towels large screened tv,cable,patio..many don't have patios, I'm lucky.friendly reception staff.like sofa in other room, refrigerator and microwave.bed is comfortable.my second time here.plan on returning in the future.3 blocks from Malecon

Liked that it was safe great neighborhood.clean rooms,hot water,soft big towels, microwave and refrigerator. Very helpful and friendly front desk. Second time at hotel since February.3 blocks from Malecon,walkway.plenty restaurants,food markets very close. Really like this hotel

Clean and comfortable and right in the middle of lots of spots. Only about a 10 min walk to the beachfront. The street is pretty loud at all hours and there is not a lot of sound insulation. Ear plugs help but if you are sensitive to sound you may want to look elsewhere. The staff was super friendly and helpful for our first time to PV.

The location and people were really nice and the room was huge. It has a small fridge and an electric stove that came handy when we wanted to save on eating out. It's super basic though and only has the basic furniture (bed, one high table and 2 stools). There weren't really places to put things or to sit comfortably. There were also lots of gaps in all the doors so we had mosquitos

Excellent location. Safe. 24/7 front desk. Daily house keeping. Generally clean. Nice interior decor in common areas. Welcoming. Next to all amenities you can imagine.Spacious rooms with living room. Very nice to also have cups and a fridge.Hotel a bit dated. Fan broke (couldn’t fix it) but luckily had AC. Sink also clogged but they were able to fix that. What I really didn’t like was that they charged me to bring guests after 10pm. Room is based on double occupancy so it should be none of their business, and they were quite rude about that.

This Hotel is in a great location and I enjoyed my stay.  The hot water was hot and the water pressure was great.  The beds were firm and comfortable, even my 9 year old grandson loved the bed.  When you walk out of the hotel it is close to a very busy buss stop, so that did make it extremely congested and dirty.  I would stay again.

The Hotel is in an older part of the City with a very active night life. We happened to be on the front of the Hotel where there are many bars and a busy bus route. It was very very noisy till the early morning hours, so we were then moved to a room in the back of the Hotel. Very quiet and much more pleasant!

Many Positives - Service, location, price, hospitalityOne Negative - It is LOUD.  If you can sleep through anything, this place is fantastic for so many reasons.  If you are a light sleeper, as great as this sport was for us, we got about 3 hours of sleep each night.  That was with ear plugs, white noise, and sleeping gummies.

Truly Great - Just Loud

I was disappointed in the bathroom.  There was feces on the toilet handle.  I had to go downstairs to ask for some cleaner to get it off.  Not a great first impression.  The toilet seat was plastic making the seat cave in.  Very uncomfortable.  The bed was comfortable.  The first night got cold  I had to ask for a blanket as there was none in the room. Staff was pleasant  Good location

Good and Bad

This hotel is an older one and does not seem affiliated with any chain. It quite clean - well maintained and has a very welcoming friendly staff. Front desk staff are quite welcoming and helpful. The  hotel is older and shows it’s age. I really like the location — close to several nice restaurants and about 5-10 easy walk to the beach. Will definitely stay again.

It was basic but adequate. Very centrally located! You can take a bus to and from the airport for 10 pesos that stops very nearby.  No elevator. They did offer to carry my bag upstairs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and it’s only a 8-12 minute walk to the beach. Love the Zona Romántica! I would go again. Reasonably priced even though it was high season.
