Very reasonably priced accommodation where it is quiet at night, except for the odd cricket. O.K., it's not on the beach. It is VERY close to everything. Good info would be that you can go to the OXXO 2 blocks away and catch an orange and white bus to Boca de Tomatlan. It costs 8 pesos. The swimming there is glorious and cool. From there you can take the water taxi (70 pesos each way; ask for Freddie) to Yelapa, or Las Animas,or Quimixto. There are stairs in this place! However it is very close to one of the last remaining real markets in town. Basilio Badillo also has the best shops around.
