We had a fantastic stay! From start to finish, the team made everything memorable and seamless. Special thanks to the Fun Team Alexa and Carlos for keeping the energy up and organizing so many fun activities that made our trip extra enjoyable. Concierge Sandra was incredibly helpful and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and gave us some great local tips. The pool staff were outstanding Luis, Genaro, Edwardo, Jorge and Javier always friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. Whether it was setting up loungers or bringing drinks, they made sure we felt taken care of. A big shoutout to the towel team Raul and Exal for always having fresh towels ready with a smile. The restaurant staff were also exceptional attentive, warm and professional. The food was consistently delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Dining there was a highlight of our stay and the service truly elevated the experience. Overall, the staff made all the difference. We truly appreciate the care and effort from everyone we interacted with. Highly recommend this hotel we’ll definitely be back!
