Room-exactly as described. Beautiful, clean and stocked daily (if asked). The smoke detector has a green flashing light above the bed. Annoying in the dark hours. Staff-always friendly, helpful and gave recommendations. Food-All restaurants, buffets, cafes, bars, snack shack, were Delicious! Sargassum on the beach was very thick. The staff did their best to keep the beach clean. Out of their control. Entertainment was fantastic. Excursion Team set us up and we had a great time. Wait staff, Bell hops, housekeeping staff... Most courteous, respectful and kind group of people. Regular pool side server, German, THE BEST! Pool-swim up bar patrons could be monitored at bit more by staff to avoid evening intoxication and out of control behaviors as this is a family friendly establishment.
