244 reviewsLuna Encantada is the perfect hybrid experience between staying in a hotel and a condo rental. There is cleaning service, including fresh sheets, towels and toilet paper, every other day. Edith, the building manager who speaks great English, was great about accomodating the cleaning around our schedule. Abdias - the beach services manager made our trip better than we ever imagined. He sets up chaise lounges every day from 9-5 and umbrellas upon request. The best part was that we could bring our own food/drinks down to the beach, or Abdias would help us order from the restaurant Fusion/Muza next door. Their shrimp tacos were my favorite. Abdias would bring us extra tables and umbrellas when our food was delivered. Abdias' English is fantastic and he was fun to chat with, while making our experience over the top. Our kids - 14, 17 and 19 - were with us and this location was perfect, as they could go explore PDC on their own and everything felt completely safe. This property was fantastic, and we found the security to be great.
