Viva Maria Apartments

This condo is located in a safe, quiet upscale neighbourhood just a walk away from a giant supermarket, Laundromats, barber shops, drug stores, bakeries, ice-cream shops, coffee shops, pizza parlours, a Walmart and a shopping mall. The famous 5th Avenue is just a five minute walk from all of the bars and restaurants you will ever need or find the time to visit. Mamita beach is accessible from 5th avenue. A minute walk away from this condo is an excellent Argentinian bakery I had the pleasure of visiting almost everyday to buy the best empanadas I have eaten to date. The condo itself is equipped with all the necessities to make one’s stay pleasant. I enjoyed staying here as it was quiet and felt like home. One cleaning and change of sheets and towels were provided each week. The staff was responsive and excellent. I appreciated their time and attention to my concerns regarding the internet and the TV reception. A great big thanks to Shanti! However, the lack of a strong and usable wifi connection was insanely frustrating. There are many restaurants within walking distance that had superb internet connections and I am at a loss to understand why this was not achievable in this building. Many secure wifi connections were available to me in the building but none worked for longer than five minutes if at all. If this is important to you then it has the potential to ruin your holiday. A major upgrade is in order here. The TV service needs to be upgraded. All the channels except one were in Spanish and none proved interesting or worth watching. TV reception was spotty at best in the living room. I was willing to pay for an upgrade to English speaking channels but that was not possible.
