Amazing hotel / resort!!! There is only one drawback and it’s not only for this resort. This applies to most condos from what I heard since it’s expensive to pull the internet cable to the building and owners have to get together to pay for it. The WIFI doesn’t work at all! You could get access only at the lobby couches. Aside from that the place is a paradise. Amazing relaxing pool with cristal clear water and amazing bar. Gym sufficient to keep up your shape. The hotel is kept very well maintained with a lot of green plants throughout! The windows are very good quality so it very quiet inside the apartment! There is no private beach from this resort but you access to the beach through the street entrance. Plus Playa del Carmen have literally no beaches. They are so narrow and overtaken by “umbrella cartels”Just umbrella cost 350 pesos and with two chairs 500. There is no space to lay down on your own in the classic way just like that on the sand :( sad! The Playa is so overpriced that is practically not worth it. Jet ski, parasailing, sailing is literally more then in US. If it was not for amazing Walmart I would leave :). Taxis are controlled by mafia. Go two blocks down and the price is 1/3. Don’t buy illegal substances! You will get caught by police for money extortion! They literally waiting around the corner!
