We stayed at 305 Blue Palms on the 3rd floor. Our unit was a suite, 2 bedrooms 2 bath, which included a small kitchenette and refrigerators. The condo was very clean when we arrived and a cleaning lady came on Wednesday to clean. The condo is located in the PERFECT location it is literally down the street from 5th Avenido and all of the shops/restaurants, massage parlors. There was always someone guarding the entrance at all hours of the day and night. The cleaning staff and management are very attentive and easy to contact. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back again. We spent a lot of time at the pool and it was always clean. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be close to nightlife, shopping and food. Although there are a few clubs nearby, you can not hear any noise from the condo. It is very quiet and calm. We had an amazing time! My favorite area of the condo is the upstairs hammock!
