I am really impressed with this hotel. It has a great location if you’re arriving by bus as just a 5 minute walk away but it is in the quiet tourist area. Trees and jungle area around it but central Pelanque is a 10 minute walk. Lots of places to eat close by if you choose not to eat in the hotel restaurant. The hotel restaurant made a good breakfast , not included in room rate, but well priced and tasty and great service. The cleaning staff made special towel shapes on the beds that I have never seen elsewhere. I liked having a bedside light to read with. Something a lot of hotels get wrong. I had room 1 in a separate area of the hotel and it was quiet except for a monkey noise in the night. Quick hot water in the shower and fast wifi. Interesting replicas of Mayan art in the main building. Room had a safe but I never used it. I spent two nights here. Definitely I would stay here again.
