It surely can't have a better location — right at the main square of Palenque and just 10 to 15 minutes walk from the ADO bus station and other combi stations. The rooms are nice and clean. There are both a ceiling fan and AC. The check-in and check-out is smooth.

Hotel Wayak Palenque is a great place to stay! I was happy to spend a few days here! Good atmosphere, great view from my 4th floor terrace! This is the very center of the city, shops and restaurants around, you can easily get to any attraction, there is a lot of transport around. Thank you for the vacation, I will come back

I stayed at the Wayak Palenque Hotel during my route through Mexico since it is very well located in the heart of the city, with a good view, I had a quiet private room with everything I needed, the hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to any request I needed to make my stay pleasant. I recommend it to stay while passing through the State of Chiapas ✌🏼

I stayed 2 nights in the Wayak hotel and really liked it! Simple but beautiful room with TV and air conditioning.
Very clean, good maintenance and the roof top view left me speechless! 

It's a very nice place I totally recommend, with a good location as it is in the city center, in front of the church and main place. The bus for the archaeological site is also close-by.

The staff is helpful and kind. And there's a nice restaurant at the 2nd floor.

On-site dining offers tasty, reasonably priced meals, and there’s free drinkable water on every floor. Excellent service and a welcoming vibe make it a solid choice for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely recommend and return.

It's a classic hotel in Palenque, one of the first established! and now is running under a new administration that is really focused on the service and is providing the hotel with new gear and has re-opened the restaurant as a peruvian fusion bar, café and live music hall. Keep up the good work! you're doing it great!.

We had a very nice stay. Great pool area. The room was of a good size and well decorated. Very pleasant to sit in the restaurant  and see and hear the Howler monkeys. The food was steady without being sensational. A good resting place after exploring the temples

we read that this was a classy hotel in lonely planet, i do not call pink painted bricks classy. the staff were unhappy with us complaining that our shower drain smelt bad, they gave us a plastic bag to cover it up and sprayed a lot of air freshener around, it seemed to work. it was pricy for our corner room, no breakfast included, but an expensive cafe on the ground floor, wifi does not work in rooms, there was no free filtered water like in other, cheaper hotels. i cannot recommend as a good deal. but the beds were comfy and the tv worked.

The hotel receptionist showed us a room which was very dark, had a weird smell, very load arico, small window at the ceiling (so no view at all!) and there was a lot of noise from the market. Other problem: located at the busy center and no parking area fot hotel guests. We decided not to stay there.

Left immediately after arriving

We literally got one hour sleep here. This hotel is bang in the middle of the action which means noisy beyond belief. Live band directly under room played from 10ish to 2ish. Cannons outside window went off periodically from 4 and church bells also just outside hotel started at 5.30. Partying noise all night long. View from balcony was great and low cost but we would not recommend if you want to sleep at all.
