I check the faces of my vehicle when I check the security cameras and at the end they tell you that even if there is no response to damage, mistreatment by the management, the rooms smell bad.

They damage the vehicle and they are not responsible for any damage caused.

The pachuqueño breakfast is super recommended, the location and the price-quality ratio are very good.I highly recommend that you do not hesitate to come and have breakfast here.Super quiet and well treated by the staff.

To be a hotel at that price is only worth the booze! Arriving on Saturday just before 2pm! The very arrogant receptionist told me that the road was only after 3pm! Go back at 3pm and there seems to be no more rooms! and they gave me the worst room of my life! To begin with, no key hole! The smell of cannon was unbearable! The room was smaller than a closet! The Independence Day bed! With the wire saws! The rooms look like neighbourhoods! The dirty pillows! There were not even towels! The attention of reception is the worst I've ever had! The rooms are practically the same! Only the recommendations are double the same, but the people are the same! And the rooms were getting the same as the other services!

I was there some time ago. Absurdly, one of the most well located hotels in Pachuca downtown has really bad rooms. Theoretically the keys for every room were different. However incidentally a guest from another room opened my door by mistake during the night. Thankfully, I had locked the door with an indepedent locker, so they couldn't enter. Incredibly, the beds are not enough clean and the room is very cold at night. There aren't enough blankets. Luckily, the restaurant served good food, that's the only thing that would make me go back. Definitely, it need a renovation.

Not a good option

I visited the tenant of the Gran Hotel Independencia, the service seemed very good to me, the speed, the service, the kindness. It is one of the few places where you can order anything from any customer that is needed and takes away their problem. The latter should be checked by more restaurants. I will definitely be back soon.

A visit to the rental office of the Gran Hotel Independencia.

The location of this hotel is privileged, the stand in front of the monumental clock, the hotel is very pretty and with drawings related to the theme. It is a simple, comfortable and pleasant hotel, but it has many improving points, the mattresses already feel old, some details in the toilet, some improvement in the furniture and more current tomas, change of televisions that are also a bit old. In terms of quality/price is very acceptable. The attentive and cordial staff. In general a good option to stay.

A good hotel in general.

The reception staff are inefficient and rude, the room always smells bad, the restaurant has very loud music all the time, the food there is not very good. The only person friendly was the ballet parking lot. Everything else is mediocre and bad.

A place to stay.

It's not the best option, the rooms lack maintenance, because not everything works properly, there's very little water from the sink. It has total play and internet, and no te dan shampoo. It's too noisy, the restaurant bar downstairs always has music. The room door is somewhat unsafe, it didn't give me confidence.

To be a hotel with an excellent location leaves much to be desired in the rooms, the mattresses are very uncomfortable along with the pillows, and the showers took more than 20 minutes to warm up.

This Hotel: The Gran Independencia is located in dowtown Pachuca, Hidalgo, I have to say  that it's not good: It´s very noisy, the heater is near for the bedroom and you can listen when it starts to heat the water, you even can listen to the monumental clock of Pachuca working . 

In fact the smell of the bedrooms is really bad, I can´t even to describe it.

The rooms are cold, it doesn´t have a heating system.  I never will stay again and I don´t  recomend it at all.
