The rooms are dirty and sloppy, there is no hot water (this is necessary due to the low temperatures) and the room is low pressure, there are bad smells in the room (oil and drainage) If things are lost Zero attention and kindness from the staff towards the guest, the food in the restaurant is terrible, this tasteless and the cold served. There are better places for the same price, no matter what the cost. Really look for another option.

The worst place.

A very rustic hotel but with an excellent view, very comfortable beds and cozy beds, good breakfast included, al being a destination in some cases for traveling as a couple would probably work a broader hydromassage tub.

The hotel is located on the old road between Pachuca and Real del Monte. It is on a hill with very good views of the surroundings, predominantly peace, tranquility and the sound of birds. The rooms are spacious, rustic and very neat, with enough amenities in the bathroom. It has a covered pool with panoramic glass and the option of drinking drinks on site. The restaurant service is good, affordable and very good presentation. Undoubtedly a familiar hotel ideal for disconnecting a couple of days from the daily hustle. Very recommended and hidden.

Relax and relax with good views.

The bed was a little too hard but everything else was very good. My view from my room was very nice.

Great. I would only change the entrance. They should work on a safer climb

Nice relaxing place

The hotel is away from the noise, it has a beautiful view of the city, those who look after you on arrival are very friendly and care at all times about waiting for you and that nothing is missing, the rich breakfast, the very nice and warm pool :)

Hermoso is the name of the game.

According to the reviews I read before, my expectations were right. The pool is very well thought out, it has no boiler, but it is inside a small cabin with a glass roof and retains all the heat of the day and the water warms naturally. I arrived at night and still with the hotel's clock if you want. Not all rooms have a cooler, but if you could reserve it, I would recommend a nice nice hot spot.

Expectations were met.

Had to cancel stay as when we arrived on Feb 5th at 6:30pm the restaurant was closed & we were too tired to go back down into the town for dinner. Also 5he credit card machine was not working. Not impressed,

This is a badly called boutique hotel, with no functioning pool, no jacuzzi, the very poorly designed rooms, where we stayed access had the staircase so poorly designed, that we constantly risked caverns upon entering, the very good but with horrible scent of drainage, the kindly cargo employees powerless before abandonment, little staff very willing and very efficient but unable to solve problems. My wife spoke to the owner who turned out to be a big potato, who seemed to be doing her a favor of visiting her hotel. No way would she recommend this horrible and dirty place.
