I love this place and I be back for the next time

Comfortable beds, clean and very courteous staff.

It's perfect! Boutique hotel, very nice and clean. The rooms are cool and creative, and close to the important places, great area. Staff is great. The additional breakfast is pretty small, but they have a restaurant with great food. Highly recommend!

The walls are a little bit thin but luckily it was quiet during my stay. My room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great just a few yards off the main Street in the city center.

Excellent customer service and very helpful. The room was very clean and nice. Will stay there again.

Good enough for price, if you ate not planning on spendi g much time in room other thain sleep, its pritty sparce, Cood location fo being close enough to town center Safe area. reception is helpfull and friendly. no AC  in any room and parking is 4 blocka awey( we never used it.We parked down the block close enough.

Ya get what you pay for fair deal

In all honesty, I would come back just more prepared. My final night was a terrible experience. Beware this place is close to a bar with loud bass. Couldn’t sleep. Also, they don’t sell you water only alcohol upfront. I had to go to the bar and ask them to sell me water $140 pesos for 4 small bottles!! When I came back the gentleman that let me in just laughed at me . When asked for my complimentary champagne for vip members they just brushed me off. Never received both for each night I stayed. Why advertise it ? Chilaquiles is a must. The servers were on a point !

#8 huge suite, more like a 2 bedroom apartment.  Comfortable bed, we didn't use the sofa sleeper.  This could be a fabulous place with some upkeep.  Fresh paint would do wonders! Not the cleanest place, but I would probably stay here again.  Restaurant in hotel has good food.  Great location.Excellent staff and great valet parking

Big suite

A very nice stay.  The staff are extremely helpful and have a "never say no" attitude.  Very good location, you can walk to all the main attractions in Morelia and the hotel itself is very good with an excellent and comfortable bed.  Breakfast is basic, but you can purchase additional items if required.  Would stay again.

Great central location

Likes: Very friendly staff, great location in central historical, had an outdoor area (within the building) for eating or drinking, super price, we stayed in a suite (which we weren't expecting) which was equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, plates etc.  We didn't use it but was a nice option for the budget minded. Nicely tiled bathroom and shower.Only room for improvement would be to have option to open some windows, or perhaps a fan for air movement. Was a bit stuffy.

Amazing hotel. Very clean with top quality staff. Everyone is super helpful and intuitive. The rooms are evenly spacious and have all the comforts needed from fans, heaters, extra blankets, deposit box, etc. all inside already for you. The restaurant on site has delicious food. Room service is available. They're is no elevator si parking light is suggested although they do have staff to help you bring your bags to your room/s They're are 2 message spas around the corner of the hotel. Everything is working walking distance. Breakfast is included. Breakfast is coffee, juice or fruit and toast. It is delicious. Of you need more food the restaurant will gladly cook something for you from the menu (that's not included).Really great place.

Excellent hotel

We have made many trips to Morelia and we have always stayed at the Hotel Galeria. It has a great location close to the historical area , restaurants and anything else we need. The rooms are spacious and the employees are ready to help with what ever you need.The breakfast included is just enough to get us going for the day.

Back to Morelia again.

I stayed with my wife and 2yr old. I liked that it was very clean they cleaned the room daily and left 2 bottle waters every day. The staff were very nice. The continental breakfast was fresh every day. There was no AC but we opened the windows for fresh air or used their fan to keep cool. Every thing you want at walking distance. We would stay again.

Appreciated that this small hotel felt Mexican.   Not the standard hotel suite but with interesting art throughout the rooms.  Very courteous staff.  Basic but good free breakfast.  Good location.  Good value.Since I spoke little Spanish, I really appreciated the efforts made to commutation with me.  Thanks!

Good location in Morelia.

I would like to see refrigerators air condition in the rooms ,for the summer days is super hot like to see also access to microwave, all the hotel members are very helpful and efficient and friendly I like to recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Morelia housekeeping excellent work very very good I like to see ice dispenser in the hallway and snacks available for late nights drinks vending machines.
