Yeccan Hostel

One of the most comfortable hostels I've stayed in. The shop and gallery downstairs have really interesting artworks and little craft items. The living area was comfortable and the beds and linens made me feel at home. Only the washroom needs a bit of improvement (maybe they have done that already), because the water was kind of cold when I visited in December 2011 (have to click on May 2012 because TripAdvisor doesn't allow a time lapse). Aside from that, its a perfect place and location for a stay in Monterrey. Price was great, the owners were super friendly. They have regular art classes downstairs, but my Spanish was really poor and I did not have time since it was my last few days in the city, so I couldn't join them. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
