Our stay was ok. I wish it would have been a little better. 1st the hotel staff was very gracious in accommodating our very late arrival. Unfortunately, at check-in time the credit cards readers were not working well. The attendant try multiple machines until finally one worked. It is now Monday and I still show multiple Pending charges on my card, hopefully they will go away. The furniture in the room was very flimsy (see pics attached) my girlfriend fell out this chair, she was ok, just a little shaken up. A cleaning staff member came into our room without knocking, that was very embarrassing as my girlfriend and I were about to get in the shower. I know we should have placed the deadbolt on top, but we didn't think anyone from the staff would come in un-announced. Hope they can train their time to announce themselves and not just barge in. Other than these items, the place is very nicely located. We will return some day.

I will definitely try this hotel again, soon.

The location is perfect to walk to the Parque Fundidora. It was basically only a 10 minute walk to the park and there are lots of restaurants within 5-10 mins drive. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing is some staff doesn't speak English so there were no communications when i went downstairs to have daily breakfast. I felt a little left out since the servers didn't speak English so they never came by our table and always avoiding our family while they were extra friendly with other parties that spoke Spanish.

Clean, modern and comfortable. I was frustrated by the elevator which would skip your input floor if someone immediately put in their own floor (it requires a key to access the room floors). I was disappointed by seeing that the "recycle" and trash openings next to the coffee empty into the same container.

Nice but be ready for some frustration

Very modern rooms, pool, and nice service. The area around the hotel is not very nice thought, but it is well located, close to a metro station and Fundidora park.The breakfast is ok: Eggs, beans, fruit, and pancakes: Nothing crazy, it is acceptable.The gym is outstanding, has very good weights, and is always empty.

As a traveler, it was a welcome surprise to find a hotel that is clean, the staff is helpful and polite, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good, they have a nice variety (eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, etc) that you get to enjoy with a nice view of El Serró de la Silla.  I chose this place because of its proximity with the bus station (Fierro/ Y Griega). Note: the lobby is not on the ground floor, you take an elevator up to the lobby to check in. That was the only confusing part, but don’t let that keep you from this conveniently located, comfortable hotel.

They need to pay attention to the elevator, sometimes it doesn't work properly.
