Fabulous facilities. Super clean, Very much just like the photos. The area is nice and vibrant. Please remember you are in a big city, and there will be plenty of vehicles passing by. The balcony is a true gem, that allows you to wind down at night after a busy day exploring the city, and enjoy watching the people going to places, closing businesses, and even some live music across the street. And also a wonderful morning coffee, watching the city waking up. If you are a person who like to maike your own food, you also have everything you need there. Plates, silverware,stove, pots and pans, microwave. Thanks for making it so easy, and relaxing, Tanat and staff! (Gracias, Paulina, y Marcia!)

Best price for experience! In the best area, note that CDMX is a bit dusty but that’s not on them. Also did like the fact that we had complete privacy and no one came to the room to clean and move our stuff around. More of an apartment energy and could’ve stayed longer. Can’t wait to come back to this place on our next trip.

I cook a lot and found EVERYTHING I needed to prepare healthy meals and even smoothies inside the room. The dish wear and utensils were amazing. Even found a broom in closet. I loved my stay at Tanat and felt very safe. The place has lots of live plants and me being a plant lover took to pruning and watering plants in my room and in corridors. The plants were in great need of TLC, sooo if you go please water and care for plants not only are they beautiful in the rooms but also help filter the air (Mexico city known for unclean air). Paulina the co-host was EXCELLENT and always friendly and made several vegan restaurant recommendations that were close and DELICIOUS! The noise was a factor and I always used the ear plugs for sleep.

Loved having the kitchen area and refrigerator. Wish you had a Krupps or Nespresso machine with pods.

The rooms of the Tanat were charming, with excellent staff, and walkable streets with tree canopies, and nice shops and cafes around. I’d highly recommend the Tanat for a safe, comfortable, authentic place to stay in Mexico City.

Great stay. The neighborhood was safe and so much to do and eat walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The decor was adorable and comfy. The only one thing to keep in mind is the noise level is high. They do provide ear plugs and i definitely used them! All else was perfect.

Great location, very kind and respectful staff, room is as nice as in pictures, very comfortable place, perfect for couples, we loved the balcony, very clean, safe walkable area, definetely wll stay again, thank you for a great stay!

Nice hidden oasis in the middle of all the Condesa and Roma action. Walkable to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and green areas to walk/run. The unit was very well appointed with pretty much everything you would need and the building access was very safe. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

More of an apartment rental than hotel. No real front desk situation, for example I needed to make a local phone call and was told guests always bring their phones and one wasn’t available to use. There is a 24 hour security guard who buzzes you in. You can’t enter the building any other way so if they are in the bathroom you will wait outside until they see you on the camera and let you in. The apartment was beautiful with everything you’d expect and well designed, great balcony and view and perfect location. Rooms are not “soundproofed” as you will hear upstairs neighbors and they will hear you, but it’s pretty muffled and not a big issue.

Great location with many walking distance options. The room had all the necessary items in the kitchen. The decor was lovely. My only recommendation and why I rated a 4 is the shower. The rain head shower head had very poor water pressure. This was disappointing after a long trip and looking forward to a shower.

The modern apartment was clean and save with ample dining options right at your doorstep and public transport options only a short walk away. Tanat provided coffee and tea, which we loved to start the day.Though, I would not recommend this place for noise sensitive people or when you like sleeping in in the mornings, as the neighborhood is quite noisy throughout day and night and the windows and walls do not do much to keep it quiet within.

We had 7 rooms at Tanat for 4 nights. All of us were impressed by the hotel. The cleanliness, the style and comfort offered by the hotel, the accommodating staff. It is a very safe hotel in a safe area. We felt safer walking this area at night than we do in our own Canadian city. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and bars in the area. It is not a rowdy party area, but rather a lively community place with lots of options. Short walks to larger historic and more tourist oriented areas. We all mentioned that we would like to return to the hotel, either as a group or with our spouses. The area is not really a tourist area, so be prepared to speak some Spanish to get by. Not all shops and restaurants will have any English speaking staff available. But every single local we encountered was incredibly warm and inviting.

Really liked this hotel. The area is great for walking and close to condessa park. Lots of food options in the area. My favorite might be the Korean restaurant downstairs. I liked that there was a door person. Everything was tasteful and the bed was comfortable. I have only one comment about the sound. You can hear the people above you because of the building design. The hotel provides ear plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. I would 100 percent book this place for the price. This is our 4th trip to Mexico City and this place was top two.

We had a great time staying at Tanat. We were a bit early at check-in, so we just dropped off our luggage with them while exploring the area for a bit. The rooms were amazingly nice and spacious. We never used the kitchenette, but it was nice to have mugs, plates, and the refrigerator at our disposal every time we bought some snacks to eat. Beds were amazingly comfortable (on the firmer side, if that's what you prefer).We stayed for 6 nights — and there was no cleaning staff, which was fine for us. But just a heads up for those who want to have their place cleaned every day.Staff was amazingly nice! It was nice to come back every time and someone greeting us with a great big smile.The only downside about this place is that it *can* get noisy with the honking in the morning around 8 AM because everyone's getting to work — but surprisingly on the weekends, it's quiet. Tanat provides you with earplugs (we had a few pairs already).Otherwise, great area. Super cute. Lots of great food in the area and very convenient!
