Clean, warm service and the owner is the most funny and candid womanager I have known.  You get what you pay for, there is a diference between a hotel and a hostal. If you want the four seasons, pay for it. I stay 2 days there and was ok for sleeping.  The food is excellent

I truly recommend this place, it is right downtown, so you are close to the most important places of the city and it is easy to find transport to further places, the hostess is a great person, very kind. The city is just awesome  the weather is great and so it is the nightlife, i has great constructions, when we think of Mexico we think of the beaches but this is another side you should know.

I'm not sure where the other reviewers stayed, but I would put money on them being connected to this place.

It was filthy, noisy, inconvenient (to get in and out at night you have to shout for the owner to open the door - and if she's not there/sleeping/ignoring you you have to shout some more). The room I had didn't even have real walls - they were metal sheets with a gap at the top - letting in all the light and noise. There seemed to be 2 bathrooms, one of which I couldn't even use the smell was so bad.  I stayed about 12 hours. It might be cheap, but it isn't worth it.

Avoid.

I sent a client over there, I tried to locate him and the owner didn´t want to call him at his room because she was sick and couldn´t get out of wherever she was, eventhough I told her it was an emergency! I couldn´t believe it !!!
