I stayed here with two friends for two nights. We got an excellent deal and--especially in light of the negative reviews as of late--were pleasantly surprised. The location is unbeatable unless one is willing to pay four times as much for one of the premier hotels nearby. Within five minutes one is in the very heart of Queretaro. The rooms are spacious (not sure what happened to the earlier reviewer in this regard) and clean and have firm mattresses, and there's a fantastic rooftop terrace that's open 24 hours. The staff--in particular the daytime female receptionist--are courteous and proactive. Their English is very limited, but they were creative and used an online translation program to communicate. Overall, this is a very nice boutique B&B that I can recommend strongly.
