Hostel Manzanillo

Sim is a great host and it was nice to speak to a European soul again. Even more I liked (or rather, adored) Sim's youngster assistent, G. It was G., who fondly looked after my wounded hand for days in a row, after I had stupidly hit the on max speed working fan at the ceiling of my room on the morning after my arrival, routinely explained the route to the beach, bus directions, food, and so on. Besides that....well you will have to find out for yourself, I guess. Manzanillo, and especially the Santiago part in the north of town, I liked very much. It seemed to me like a sort of a wild mixture of everything I saw so far in Mexico. So, all you groovy backpackers, why not book yourself into Sim's place while you can and have a ball. Furthermore, G. speaks perfect English and will she be delighted to serve you in Sim's name. He travels a lot, so I hear. Great place, on a fascinating junction with real Mexican life. Go there!
