Auroza Resort

We like to be able to walk to everything. The Aurora’s location was perfect.  Right in the middle of Guayabitos and a block from the beach. The pool was a lovely feature, and we chose to have our coffee by the pool twice everyday. The staff were patient and kind, and also very responsive to our requests. We would stay here again.

The hotel is a gem.  Great room cleaning daily, friendly and efficient mostly English speaking desk folks.  The room was a junior one bedroom suite.  Terrific. Great views from the semi private patio. Many, many restaurants close by and taxis are very cheap. We loved our stay.

Great place to stay with family. Very clean and safe. Their pool is big and nice all rooms have stove and fridge which helps safe money from eating out if stying multiple days.

LOVED our stay!! The only downside NO Wi-Fi. We stayed in the penthouse, and were told that the technician would come the following morning after we checked in. My daughters had to step outside into the hallway in order to use their devices, since the penthouse has its own Wi-Fi the one used for the rest of the resort could only be accessed outside. However the staff did accommodate my girls with a table and chairs by the balcony. 5 days later we checked out and still no Wi-Fi. Technician never came. The elevator also broke down on the second day but within 30 mins it was fixed. We had room service everyday, and the housekeeper was efficient and friendly. She told us were to buy cheaper groceries, supplies, fresh seafood and the best dining spots. The local stores around the resort sell over priced items. Quick beach access through private entrance, clean and quiet surroundings. Overall a great place for a family vacation.

Right on the main street so we could just walk out and find a restaurant or anything you want. Not a lot of English speaking staff but they quickly brought out a translater on there phones or a staff member who did and helped us quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.  We were there for Guayafest with all the Volkswagens and it was loud, upbeat and fun!

A Lovely Stay

This was our second time here. We would stay again. Some street noise but nice to sit on the balcony and people watch.

Enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice. It was our first time visiting Mexico and we will be coming back.

The employees at the front desk seemed to be bothered because they are too busy on their cell phones.

Why the smaller towns in Mexico are super.

The crowd outside de facility makes it difficult to acces. Too many street vendors.
