Amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, close to beach, store and a number of restaurants.  2 pools, shaded areas with fans, and easy access to transport.

the location, parking and price are very fair, the tranquility and the service of the hotel are very good.

I have stayed here twice and will come back. It's a nice laid back property, now with a second larger swimming pool in the back of the main building. The staff is friendly and attentive. I haven't taken advantage of the mini-kitchen that is part of the terrace or balcony room.For nearby food, make sure you check out Jungle Pizza around the corner for a great thin crust wood-fired pizza. Also, there is a good Mexican restaurant, Las Adelitas. For great coffee, UMMA is about two blocks away and features a craft shop with high-quality handmade gifts.

Amazing property. My friend and I went for six days. The grounds are beautiful and there are two pools. You can walk everywhere even if you want to go to the main town. Bring some good walking shoes/sandals though if you do that. Close to La Ropa and I recommend Jungle Pizza which is around the corner for a unique pizza experience in Mexico. Would definitely stay again!

I love staying here! Everything about it is perfect! All the staff are amazing and helpful and the grounds and pools are pristine. So close to Playa La Ropa and some great restaurants. What a gem!

Solez is a lovely property, amid tall trees and flowers everywhere. You feel as if you were in a jungle. It is not on the beach, La Ropa is an easy 10 minute walk. We did not mind at all since we prefer watching all the birds that populate the place.

The staff was friendly and available, unlike other similar places where you have to hunt down someone who speaks English just to give you an extra pillow. The grounds were small but extremely well-kept and beautiful. Two small pools, in excellent condition.They charge you 50 extra pesos to get pots, pans and dishes for the small outdoor kitchenette. It's nice though. The hot shower worked great, the beds were hard, like everywhere else in Mexico, but we slept well. Wifi is slow at times but decent. AC worked well, rooms were very clean, no mold. Close walk to some good restaurants, the beach and importantly, and OXXO just down the street. Taxis hover around the street corner constantly so no problem with transport. Also combi's come by regular.

I booked this property just based on pictures and reviews and was thrilled with the whole experience. The staff are wonderful and super helpful and the property itself is as pretty in person as it is in pictures. It does not disappoint. It’s within walking distance to Playa La Ropa (incredible beach) and a nice walk into Zihuatanejo for some shopping and exploring.  This lovely little hotel exceeds expectations and I highly recommend!

Had a unit with a basic kitchen. However, it came with absolutely zero utensils. Not even a couple of drinking glasses or mugs. We paid a very nominal fee to be equipped for our stay. The staff was very friendly and communicative. The grounds and 2 pools are well maintained. There are a few restaurants and cafes close by and a basic grocery store. The beach was a pretty flat 11 minute walk away. About a 30 minute somewhat hilly walk into town.

Nice place, good value.

The room was clean and quiet, but very basic. Bar fridge to keep drinks cold. No ice machine. Have to ask for kitchen supplies. Only complaint, property is not "comfortable". Not enough lounge chairs around pools. Only hard metal chairs to sit and read. Pull out couch in room was badly stained and springs poking through. Beds and pillows were ok.

We stayed in this hotel for just one night but would definitely stay again.  Check in was easy, the lady at the front desk very pleasant and helpful.  The room itself is basic but spotlessly clean!  Comfortable beds and and very quiet.  The room we had was very large.  I love that the kitchenette windows open to the trees so it was lovely to hear the birds in the morning.  No traffic noise.  Overall a very clean basic room.  The only minor thing was that I couldn’t get the hot water to run in the shower but I think I was just not waiting long enough for it.  It was slightly warm but good enough.  Air conditioning worked great!

Great place, rooms are spacious and clean and the outdoor kitchen was a brilliant addition. The pool around the back is a really lovely space and both pools were really well maintained. The location is just 5 mins from what I think is the best beach in Zihuatanejo and it’s possible to walk to the others in 30 mins or get a taxi for about 60 pesos. It’s a quiet area but plenty of restaurants on the beach or in the general area that do great food. The staff were amazing, I would definitely go back.

Lovely place

This is a very very beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff are the best. Only a couple things I noticed they could use a few more lounge chairs and possibly a table lamp as the lights are very bright so you either have very bright or totally dark. But we will be back regardless Thanks for a wonderful 3 nights on our way to Puerto Escondido
