My wife and I have stayed here five years in a row for a month or more and we love it. It is basic but well run and clean. Perfect location for restaurants and everything else you would need.
Tomas, the manager, is very helpful and friendly and speaks English. The staff are friendly as well. This is definitely not a five-star place, but it has a well-stocked kitchen, three bedrooms and air-conditioning in all the bedrooms. I highly recommend it.

A little hard to find--even for our cabdriver.  It's located in the pedestrian mall, across from Legendz night club (wonderful music and people) and a nice restaurant where we had our daily breakfast.  We stayed 12/27/17 to 1/5/18 so there was street noise from the surrounding clubs--but nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn't handle. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the beach is about 3 blocks away.  The 3BR suite that we stayed in is up 3 flights of stairs and is clean and sufficient but not modern.  Refrigerator was helpful but wasn't comfortable with a propane stove. A/C in the bedrooms but situated right over the head of the beds so I got sniffles after the first night and started sleeping at the foot of the bed--which worked fine. The service folk were friendly but didn't speak much English. Key card didn't always work and had to ring the bell to get in--but minor issue. All  in all, we enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year.

After many trips to Zihua, we stayed downtown, a block from the beach area. We enjoyed the flat, the 3 beds, the 3 stairs increased our endurance and Tomas found us as we were wandering around looking for the entrance.  (Tomas:  need a better sign! ) These are set up like apt. and have basics...we needed water pump to get water from the container, pitcher to put water into, a lighter to start the stove, corkscrew, spatula, dish soup, towel cloth. I should say, we planned on staying 2 weeks and cook in the flat.  Should you not cook, it is fine as there is abundant restaurants outside the door, cool bar playing music across the street and a city assessable by walking.  our fans and A/C blocked night sounds. We will come back!

Very clean, good a/c, and well equipped with appliances, dishes, and reliable wifi. I found the beds firm and quite comfortable. My suite was up 3 flights, no elevator. It's located in the heart of the action in the Centro district, which throbs with life and music until late in the evening.

Right downtown. Can be noisy, but it's Mexico. Tomas takes care of any needs, and the girls that take care of the housekeeping, are awesome. You are surrounded by great restaurants, and bars. Very safe and clean.

Tomas and his staff, are very friendly, and accommodating. The suites are very roomy and are getting upgrades daily. They are renovated apartments, I believe. We just spent 2 months there. Loved it. Location is right almost the restaurants and bars. Music every night, but with the fans running and the windows closed,,,not bad. It's a great value. The dark pictures, of the suites don't do them justice.

Isabel Suites Apartments - very nice for the price!!

Great location.

Located in Centro, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We stayed in an apartment with 3 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room and small bathroom w/shower. Eating utensils included. Rooms are cleaned daily. Not elegant but comfortable and affordable. We were on top floor facing the beach.
Draw backs, no elevator and loud music at night. Air conditioners located in each bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful, limited English.

Isabel Suites Zihuatanejo 

We had a 3 bdrm apt. It had just been renovated and was missing needed decor and some household items. But the manager, Thomas, was wonderful about getting them quickly for us. The apt. is very plain, without decks, gardens, pool, ect. But it is in a geat part of town, close to beach and restaurants and on a pedestrian street. A good price for a basic accomadation.
