26 reviewsOverall the staff are really helpful and nice. There were some issues with the room. My safe didn't work in that it was locked shut from a previous user, and the staff couldn't open it. At times the safe's low battery alarm would chirp, which was distracting, but this wasn't continuous. Again the staff couldn't disable the alarm since it was locked shut. Housekeeping was sub-par. There were pillows without pillowcases and the comforter had visible brown stains. Sometimes I wasn't given new towels even though I put my used ones on the floor after a few uses. I was only given water on the first day. In the end, I had to take a few trips to the front desk to get fresh towels, new water bottles, etc., which was no big deal. On one night a group of boisterous guests returned at 1:30 am. They proceeded to have a loud conversation in the hallway for approx 30 min, which echoed throughout the entire hotel. I would have thought that the staff member at the front desk would have asked them to lower their voices, but this did not happen.
