Excellent location, close to all main attractions and restaurants! Of course, close to the beach! Clean and new property. I like this place because i can bring my two small furry daughters!

It was a very, very comfortable location with very nice rooms and nice living areas. Appreciated all of the dishes and other stuff to help in the kitchen.. Nothing at all wrong… all good. We appreciate all the help we got as well.

What an amazing stay ! 10/10 service they accommodated my every need and were super friendly , definitely looking forward to staying here again next time I Visit!

I have come to Evamar a few times. Its personnel are courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean and brand new. It is close to the beach and grocery stores as well as nice restaurants in San Carlos. Besides, I can bring Coco and Frida, our French Poodles!

Excellent and easy communication--I don't speak much Spanish, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I loved that someone reached out via WhatsApp before I arrived the day before, and I could text my needs and questions. Clean rooms and a nice space. Good view. Several facility options too -- would stay again!

The room was clean, the staff's attention was very good, and any situation/detail that arose was resolved immediately.

Surroundings were not the best.  But Evamar was nice

Nice concept and features. Close to amenities. The convenience of the restaurant on site, home made food, fair price and the quick service.

Best condos ever! My kids enjoyed the pool and privacy! Impressive !

Nancy welcomed us in and she was professional and friendly. She also took us on a tour of the condo and explained all the features. We loved the fact there’s a security guard around the clock. Overall, everyone we encountered were friendly.

This place was immaculate and elegant in every way! Clean, organized, spacious, elegant—- and a ghost town! No one was anywhere staying here and yet the security for my guests entering was both offensive and clumsy. Nancy and Martine set a very open, friendly tone- but staff was ill equipped to handle visitors for the 4 of us on property! They blamed it on change of policy with new owners!Given its distance from the beach, there must be a broader explanation of guest policies, and a more gracious and welcoming manner- like Nancy!❤️

Just a beautiful property and the customer service and attention to detail is first class! Hector is the epitome of a professional property representative and I felt like a celebrity! I will be back and recommend Evamar to all my friends with confidence! A  accomodations and central to the wonderful town of San Carlos yet perfectly situated for peace and quiet! Amazing 😍

Great property, spacious units, all appliances are brand new, pretty modern and functional. I worked remote and wifi was strong and consistent. However, hot water was a hit and miss, we had a 3 bedroom unit and there was just 1 parking space for all of us. Staff was great, friendly and attentive, always available with the best attitude. Great people!

Everything was amazing! The team always communicated with us here and was always there to answer questions. We were helped Very often by the guard and he let us know of several Amenities we could take advantage of such as a speaker at the pool you could connect to! If you download their app you can easily rent out bicycles for FREE and also a kayak. The location is very close to playa san fransisco, a beach that has gravel like rocks instead of sand if you like rock collecting. For a sandy beach experience ask the staff about the beach called “los algodones”. For snorkeling ask the staff for directions to the beach called “piedras pintas”. The apartments have a full kitchen with dinner and silverware included. Safety was 10/10 there was a guard on the property 24/7, and the parking was limited to guests only. Finally the pool water was warm and relaxing.
