Perfect for my stay, had good rest. Only downside doesn't have elevator. But the view is great on terraces. Perfect location, walking distance to main attractions.Staff was excellent 👌 highly recommended.

The only thing that i didnt like is the bed, was not comfortable to my expectations and the pillow is not the best

Sink did not have p-trap, noxious sewer gas seeps into room cuasing nuasia and headaches.

Everything is walking distance. Lots of options to eat & shop. No elevator so be ready for stairs.

Great location. Property kept in good condition. Unfortunately they host large groups of teenagers who hangout in common spaces outside of rooms and are loud all night, right outside your door.

The name of the hotel in expedia is not the same in the property so got lost for several minutes.

The hotel is nice and it is located in a good area, personally, I don't like that they didn't give me the room you select, I understand clearly that it can't be like that literally, I mean that I expected a better room, they could put the true images and so we could trust, because for the price there is no problem. There is good service.

Rooms do not have a/c so the room are not very cold. I understand that the average temperature at night in GTO is around 48 degrees at night but if you do not have windows good luck. The hotel staff is ok but they did not help to yield a cab on our last day as we needed a ride to the parking. The hotel does not have on-site parking but they do cover the parking that’s about 1.5 miles away (first come first serve). Other than that stay was ok. I will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

Well google has it as a 4-star hotel, other websites have it as a 3-star, but in all honesty, it was more like a 1–2-star hotel. At $124 US Dollars a night, I would expect a lot more. The room was very little & no view. No iron in room you must walk downstairs to get an iron and leave your ID, no cups or glasses in room to drink water, I felt like I was in a hostel and not a hotel. Upon checking out the front desk I asked if I could bring back down the iron? Front desk does not really like getting up or calling housekeeping for simple things.
