Hotel Plata Condesa

I loved it here and I would stay again in a heartbeat. It's right in the center of town close to everything.The staff was friendly and helpful, My room was immaculately clean, Bed was a little hard but still comfortable. I had a room with a balcony facing right out into town and it is a very festive town. However, the doors were really sound proofing and I slept very well.The breakfast.Was in its sister hotel across the street and that was nice as well.There was some traditional Mexican foods, Egg,bread fruits coffee was good.Overall I give them a 10.Please forgive any incorrect punctuation, or lack of, as i voice text this review. Don't hesitate to stay at la plata condesa.

This property is located in the middle of a number of Historic attractions.  Does not have elevators but I am open to walking up the stairs

Quite. Roof top terrace. Minutes from El Centro by walk. Cool room, not hot.

Staff is very friendly and property is an a great location!!

The hotel was right in the middle of town, therefore the parking was extremely difficult. With the help of the bus boy we succeeded.

The one downside was no elevator, which was a concern for my 85 year old mother. However, the staff were phenomenal in how they moved us to lower area, and helped her at all times as she worked the steps. Central location, easy to access everything. All staff were wonderful. The windows are double-paned, so the street noise wasn’t too bad. But if you are staying in any hotel in the central area, traffic noise will happen. So, if  that’s an issue, don’t stay in the centro histórico zone. I definitely recommend this hotel to others - I would easily stay there again in the future.

Amazing hotel and staff!

Location was amazing! Our room had a balcony with alley view. Staff was great, very helpful and room was very clean and spacious. Room definitely has noise cancellation because we didn’t hear any noise during nighttime. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I’d stay here again without a doubt!

The hotel is pretty ordinary. If I return to Guanajuato, I'll look for a room another 3 or 4 blocks away from the center and hopefully find a larger room on a quieter street.  Guanajuato gets so steep and hilly with narrow streets and alleys once you begin to put space between you and the center, that I took the easy way. Next time I'll spend the required time to get Quiet, Space, and Location

A good location in Centro Historico

Great location and very safe I was worried about no AC but to be honest I didn’t even need it

The location is great, close to everything. But it's  not so quiet at night.the room is clean but the bathroom is too small, towels  are a little  bit  hard. The staffs  are very  friendly. But the breakfast  is lacking  of varieties.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds however were extremely firm. Like sleeping on cement!
