Very helpful very safe. Everyone was very nice.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here twice now. The rooms are very nice and clean. The room I stayed in on this trip had an Alexa connection that we used to do a lot like control the TV, the A/C, and the lights. The staff is super nice here and very helpful. The hotel is very safe. There are so many cool restaurants within walking distance. This is the hotel I like to stay at every time I'm in GDL.

This place was a real pleasure to stay at . The staff is friendly and the added free breakfast buffet is amazing . The hotel is central to tons of good restaurants within walking distance . Really recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Guadalajara .

Excellent Stay

This Hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. I would highly recommend it!! The only complaint I would have is the night life noise but I didn’t mind it at all but could hear it. They are super clean super safe as you need a card key to get to your floor and in your room. All other hotels that were high rated were in areas that were dirty and far from entertainment area.

This property is really nice.  The bed was very comfortable.  The downsides are that if your room faces the street, it can be very noisy at night and the other thing I didn't like was that the hotel staff doesn't inform you about the Alexa that comes on very early in the morning with extremely loud commercials and Mexican radio, although they kindly disabled it after we requested that but it's shockingly loud when it comes on and we had no idea where the sound was coming from so had to call the front desk.The other thing I found a little frustrating is that there are no places to hang hand towels and no shelving to place your toiletries - so a bit too minimalist in the bathroom.But the hotel is nice, comfortable and the staff are excellent and most of them speak very good english.

Excellent location just one block from Avenida Chapultepec with many many options for restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping. Nice breakfast buffet. Overall, this hotel has one of the friendliest staffs we've ever encountered. Marisol at the front desk is exceptional, very professional yet very friendly and human. Also, the bellman Dilan has assisted us on two of our stays at Hotel Antre. The entire bell staff is polite and friendly, including a new addition, Carlos. Each member of housekeeping, bellmen, restaurant staff, and front desk are professional, polite, and friendly.

The property was excellent. It’s well maintained and close to everything.  My room was very comfortable, well designed and comfortable.  The staff was very hospitable and the cleaning staff was phenomenal.  The hotel is situated in a great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again.

This is a recently converted property and the room was spacious and the staff was very helpful.  I want to specifically mention the girl who checked me in.  She said she was new to the hotel business but you could never tell because she was so friendly and helpful.  I’m a general manager of a large hotel in Los Angeles with 400 employees and it’s very difficult to find people with her great attitude.  Thanks for everything.

Beautiful new modern hotel close to Avenida Chapultepec.  McDonalds is right across the street.  Lots of restaurants nearby.   Bus stop is at the front of property.  Room was very modern and clean.  Bed was very comfortable with plushed pillows.  Balcony had good views.  Hot water was a plus!  Highly recommend this place!  I will be back!

Great location in the ‘bohemian’ neighbourhood with lots of eateries and convenience stores, very easy and safe to walk around. Lovely welcome from the receptionist who allowed me to check in a little earlier due to my early flight. Very comfortable room with good facilities. Breakfast buffet ($275mxn) offers a great selection.Room for improvement: breakfast advertised as starting at 7am doesn’t mean they are ready to receive guests. I arrived at about 7:05am and the staff were welcoming although not prepared. Despite this they were hospitable and attentive. On day two, I arrived at around 7:15am and they were still setting up. This time, less welcoming and attentive, probably influenced by the miserable face ‘greeting’ you as enter. The disco soundtrack was playing again, which is a lively way to start the day. However, the music was coming at me through my right ear, but I had to ask the happy lady at the front desk to turn off the sound from the TV above my head showing Stuart Little; the sound had been muted when I arrived but for some reason, she decided I also wanted the TV blasting at me through my left ear. The ‘greeter’ would also benefit from covering her mouth or wearing a mask when coughing, especially where food is being served. We all have bad days, and I assume this was hers.

Clean. Safe. Comfy bed. Location. The good. Ac not working. Mediocre bath products, bring your own. The not so good.
